S-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi,mai putin perdeaua care era nespalata de multicel! Este plasat foarte aproape de zona shopping. marirea bailor,daca este posibil |

micul dejun inclus in pretul cazarii a fost foarte gustos si diversificat; mult peste cel oferit de un hotel de 4 stele din Viena;pozitia este excelenta, in apropierea principalelor obiective turistice ar fi utila o reamenajare a camerelor cu mobilier nou si o impartire mai eficienta a spatiului; este cea mai mica camera de hotel in care am fost cazat;la acelasi pret, am fost cazat la Viena intr-o camera de 3 ori mai mare(inclusiv baia). |

Location was great. Very short walk to the metro. We walked into the city which did not take long at all. Clean, rooms are basic however somewhat modern. Bathroom was small but clean. Good place to stay for a weekend city trip. Could do with a fridge in the room and a hair dryer, but that did not ruin my stay. |

The position, the breakfast, the relative quietness, the staff and the options. The bathrooms need toatal renovation. the same is the situation with the carpets. Some painting can do a lot. |

The hotel staff (Ms Millicent) was very nice and helped us to booked the local tours with the agency without us roaming about to look for tour agencies. Her customer service attitude is great and keep up the good work! |

nothing other than location night clerk watched tv & threw guest off computer so he could surf web outrageous! day clerk was extremely rude. Hotel is very noisy as street below is used as a drag strip for all local drunks!!!!!! don't stay here. |

Reception is new. The other interiors such as the lift and hallways have not been renovated, however the room had new beds and bedhead fittings, new tv and seemed quite modern. Location is good for the Metro to take to the major tourist sites. Safe area. Budget but suprisingly good for the money for a european hotel. No fridge in room. |

The hotel is nice, price is fare, clean, excelent localization (metro station). One of the recepcionist are very confused, but, in other way, another one is very kind, trying to help all the time, speaking in english (with is very dificult to find in paris). I recomend |

Not much at all actually. I had a room next to the lift and it was so noisy that I hardly slept all night- despite having earplugs. I also had someone coming into my room in the middle of the night with a key and when I phoned downstairs for help and assistance they could not understand any english and did not therefore nothing with it. There is no iron or even a haridryer there either. |

We spent 10 days in New Hotel Saint Lazare in May 2009 for our honeymoon. The only new thing in this hotel is the reception - the rest is old. Hotel is close to the metro (1 min), but not very close to the center. You can walk to the Opera in 30 min. Bed was very comfortable, as matrasses, pillows and blanckets were being changed in the hotel when we arrived. It was clean. Room was tiny and smelled like smoke for 5 days (although a non-smoking room was confirmed). Bathroom has no shower curtain. There is no room to put your luggage. Cleaning ladies try to enter your room even when Do not disturb sign is on. There is no air-conditioner, but we were luncky and it wasn't hot those days. I'd rather pay more and stay at a better place. |

Good Location, Good Service. Bed was not comfortable at all, sometimes you can feel the spring in your back. I do not recommend rooms close to the elevator, because you will not be able to sleep, because everytime the elevator door is opened you will hear it. |

location location location. 5min walk to shopping area at haussmann - printemps & galleries lafayette. right at the door step of liege metro, 5min walk to RER station st lazare . as well as complimentary internet access so that u can check in for flights , saves lots of time at the airport . ! lotsa. ! apart from the location. nothing fantastic abt the hotel . cramp space. i had to jump over my luggage to get to the toilet as this is basically no space to open the luggage at all. The carpet is mouldy . No shower curtain at all , so whenever u shower, water will wet the bathroom floor. Only basic necessities ... |
