The dining crew was gracious. The food was not bad. The front desk people were not overly friendly. The location is most convenient. The beds were rather small. The door to our room was difficult to open. |

The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Furniture was very unstable. Bedding not comfortable. Bathroom was unclean. While having our breakfast the service was terrible - the lights were turned off (breakfast time still had 1 hour to go) and no apology for that. The man left we thought that was an indication for us to leave, but few minuted later he returned to finish setting tables!! Then while he was orgainising the cereals, etc he puts his ungloved hands into the big cereal bowls to help himself to the dried fruit in the museli. Then he came back to help himself again. Touching the bread with bear hands. Where is hygiene? |

I liked the rooms, especially the bathroom because it was so pretty. Also, the exterior of the hotel was extremely pretty and the hotel was near to Lourdes. Sometimes i didn't like the service but other than one time it was excellent. |

The staff from the reception is very friendly, helpful, with good knowledge of English. It is an old building, with inherent problems, despite the efforts done by the owners (e.g. the bathroom is not ventilated). The breakfast is very basic, no facilities for lunch/ dinner, no internet connection in the room. Few parking places. Too expensive for the services offered. |

excelente ubicación, trato amable buenas atenciones. Algunas habitaciones reformadas, otras muy atrasadas, Por los pasillos de todo el Hotel se mantiene la sensación de estar en una instalación antigua que precisa un mejor mantenimiento. Puertas torcidas y desajustadas, suelos irregulares enmoquetados, omnipresentes radiadores de calefacción. No tiene acceso a discapacitados. |

L'accueuil et le souci du personnel de répondre au mieux aux demandes de la clientèle. Le matin du départ, tandis que nous prenions le petit déjeuner avant 9h, le personnel d'entretien de la chambre a préparé cette dernière pour les occupants suivants, alors que tous nos effets étaient encore en place. |
