The picturesque location of this hotel is stunning and the staff are absolutely delightful. The breakfast and dinner offered by the hotel are absolutely brilliant. If you're travelling to Alsace you MUST stay at the Hotel Jenny. |

Enjoyed our stay and worth the price of accommodation; staff friendly and offered good suggestions... First time staying there, the "tom-tom" had incorrect directions |

The hotel is cosy and the surrounding area rural and beautiful.Walking the quiet streets in Switzerland and the country side in France A 15 minute drive from the airport which is quite costly, the pool was not working and the restaurant closed as it was Sunday. |

The garden next to the river is lovely. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and the personnel were ready to help at all times. The location is very conveniently only 10 minutes away from Basel. |

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, we appreciated that and they assisted in dinner reservations at a local establsihment. |

Lovely location, pond/river at the back with the ducks was a pleasure to wake up to. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, I particularly enjoyed being able to squeeze my own orange juice. Fine selection of teas, decent cereals. Think there was memory foam mattresses on the bed? Best nights sleep I've had in a long time. One of the female staff during checkout seemed to lack patience. However other staff were cheerful |

The size of the room and the value for money. I have a large family and the room was the largest and most spacious we have stayed in. |

The quaintness, staff, areas to walk, the room Too far from Basel when you do not have a car. If a shuttle service was available and a little gift shop at the hotel it would be one busy place! |
