“The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is approximately 10 minutes to drive to Basel Airport and avoiding all the traffic. We had an early flight so was the perfect place to overnight as it enabled us to get to the Airport..”

This hotel gets most things right. Service is excellent and breakfast is one of the best we have had in France for this rating of hotel. Balcony rooms are a nice feature with good views of the garden to the rear of the hotel. Beds are comfortable. None of the 68 TV channels had a programme in English.

The food in the restaurant was superb we had the 35 € menu and it was all beautifully cooked and presented. Close to Basel airport. The service in the restaurant was a bit like faulty towers chaotic which detracted from the beautiful food.

In a nice location but close to Basel. Balconys overlooking a charming garden and Stables. Excellent price. Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Decor a little tired and dated, and some of the fittings need some maintaince (ie plug sockets) But the positives far out wiegh the negatives

The owner very very friendly, all staff are friendly too, breakfast is good, nice to stay , will come back again for the next trip We need to have a car to stay here, if not it is quite hard for the older people to walk up the the mountain to get on the bus

We were visiting our daughter (surprise visit) who lives in Basle and this was the ideal location to stay The hotel staff were, without exception, efficient and friendly and made us all feel very welcome A great spot Need a car though-Basle 10 minutes away-easy border crossings

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us. They were great with the children and rooms were spacious and clean. All inall an exceptional ersvice and felt like a home rather than a hotel. 10 out of 10 and I will be recomending to others.

We had a queen bedded room and a 3 bed room on an overnight stay in transit. The building and décor are not new but well thought out [ie separate loo from the bathroom] and clean. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the high quality meal presented.

The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was really outstanding with freshly baked bread. There was even an orange pressing machine so that you can make fresh orange juice by yourself! Our children loved watching a dog and a cat at the reception. Wifi is available at the lobby but not in the hotel room. It would be even better if there was a cold bath next to the sauna.

Voor de 2de keer konden wij niet in het restaurant eten. Gesloten. En dit was in de zomer en Mei vakantie. Volgens de boeking was het hotel vol. Pas dan de opening van het restaurant aan. Jammer. Volgende keer gaan we opzoek naar een hotel waar we wel kunnen eten. I.v.m. kinderen wel handig!

Goed hotel leuke familiekamer het ontbijt is. Goed .jammer,toen we aankwamen was het hotelrestaurant gesloten. Het zwemband en het hotel algemeen kann wel een fikse schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken..

Hôtel charmant, cadre magnifique, agréable et retiré des grandes villes avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Ambiance chaleureuse et cosy dans tout l’hôtel, personnel agréable et charmant, toujours au petit soin pour vous. Idéal pour un week-end de repos en amoureux. Nuits paisibles garanties, aussi bien par le confort de la literie que par le calme reignant aux abords de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec un vaste choix, menu avec des plats élaborés et délicieux servis au restaurant de l’hôtel, toujours avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Piscine chauffée très agréable, possibilité de massage, forêt avec parcours santé à proximité, la ville de Bâle (Suisse) est à 15 minutes en voiture pour les bourlingueurs, … Que du bonheur pour toutes personnes voulant se reposer, passer un week-end en amoureux ou en famille, voir un séjour plus long. Même après votre séjour, le personnel reste au petit soin, suite au commentaire précédent avec quelques points négatifs mis par ma compagne, l’hôtel nous a contacter. Bravo à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Jenny.

Très bel hôtel, au calme, tout confort, bon restaurant, jolie chambre, belle piscine et sauna agréable. À recommander absolument. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas assez varié. Il manque au niveau de l'espace piscine-sauna du matériel de sport comme un vélo elliptique par exemple.

Très déçue par ce "trois étoiles", chambre triste et froide (quasiment pas de chauffage et impossible d'augmenter, rien n'a été fait malgré notre réclamation), très austère: pas de déco, armoire de "récupération", salle de bain très mal éclairée, araignée et sa toile au plafond. Nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre pour quatre avec des lits superposés dans un coin borgne, heureusement que nous n'avions pas d'enfants,autrement les pauvres!! Les interrupteurs étaient sortis des murs. Même pas une bouilloire , un peignoir pour deux!!! A ce prix-là, il existe franchement mieux. Bref on a eu l'impression désagréable de se "faire avoir".

Un hôtel bien situé, à proximité de Bâle (et moins cher que les hôtels bâlois de même catégorie), et surtout un accueil extrêmement sympathique. Le personnel est d'une rare gentillesse, qui n'a rien de forcé.
