staff was very friendly, but it was mold in the bathroom, no tiles or broken tiles, water leak, smoke coming out of the conditioner, horrible smell in the room. If somebody like cold rooms in winter that would be perfect choice, as window insulation is very poor!

do the refubishment and clean the curtains and invest in the TV programmes and make the bar functional, also wash the windows and update the furniture. Looks like there were no investments in for 100 years at least. Make non-smoking rooms in the hotel, bbecause the smell in the room stays very bad! Very cold rooms, light blankets.

Ideal location, on a quiet street within 100 yards of the Champs Elysee. Nice bar.

Room was disappointing. Shower unit was broken, so had to be hand held, and it took ages to adjust the hot and cold taps to avoid getting scolded or frozen in the shower. The air conditioning switch was also broken so had to open and shut the window to regulate the temperature. Double bed was actually 2 narrow beds which continuously came apart!

hotel staff were excellent, my only complaint about the place was couldn get a drink at half eleven, perfect location to see paris and will deffo stay there the next time im in paris

the location of the hotel is superb!the stuff is very kind and helpfull-it's my third stay there and i will stay there again-the rooms are comfortable and big enough-i would recommend it especially if you like staying in the champs elysee .

i think they should consider free wifi-as many guests stay there on bussiness .

Hotel was excellent lcoation and staff were very friendly.

I thought the downstiars of the hotel was amazing but must admit I was disappointed by the Junior Suite. It looked as though it needed a good lick of paint and clean. The mirror in the lounge was very dirty and there were light bulds that had gone and not been replaced.

The location was excellent. Very convenient off the Avenue de Champs-Elysees. That's it though - I wouldn't rate this hotel as four star.

The service was very poor. Our room was tiny and dark and we were three people staying in it. We asked for a better room and they said they would move us to a brighter nicer room. We packed our cases as requested and left for the day as they promised they'd move our luggage etc into the new room they were getting ready for us. We came back late that evening exhausted and found that our room wasn't ready and nothing had been done. Our luggage remained in our room packed and untouched. We were extremely annoyed after them promising to move us. So we unpacked again and got moved the next day. Very very poor service and not all that apologetic either. I would not rate this hotel as a four star at all, however, the location was great.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Arc and to the Champs-Elysees.

We had an insect that came running on the table and then came into the breakfast plate, the response of the stuff was not good and finally they made some money reductions. To be honest this was a terrible experience and we could not have the breakfast afterwards!

A relaxing chic hotel, friendly staff, whose English helped us out, close to all the action of the Champs Elysees

the staff are very cooperated , the location very fine who.s have olders and like shanz layessee avenue. but u have very carefull when ask abuot tranportation.
