Os funcionários Portugueses Manoel e Patricio, bem como a proximidade da principal rua de Paris. Não leram as observações no mail enviado, primeiro um quarto sem janela e após um quarto duplo mas com preço caro. Mais atenção na hora da reserva. |

A localização a poucos passos da av. champ-elysées e a tranquilidade. Trata-se de uma zona segura e com acesso muito fácil ao metro, táxis e diversos pontos da cidade. Fica mesmo ao pé do arco do triunfo, restaurantes e lojas. O pequeno-almoço é muito tranquilo e razoável. O hotel precisa de alguma renovação na decoração. |

Hotel com uma localização muito boa, a 200 metros do Arco do Triunfo, pessoal de atendimento muito atentos em servir. Café da Manhã muito adequado, e quarto confortavel e limpo. |

A proximidade de pontos de interesse como o arco do triunfo e lojas famosas. Acho que para um hotel 4 estrelas é muito pobre. |

the location of the hotel is superb!the stuff is very kind and helpfull-it's my third stay there and i will stay there again-the rooms are comfortable and big enough-i would recommend it especially if you like staying in the champs elysee . i think they should consider free wifi-as many guests stay there on bussiness . |

Nothing. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The bathroom and shower curtain in room 502 was dirty, the walls were loosing paints on 30cm... Very dirty and old carpet, small choice at breaksfast. We did not stay as long as we though and checked out after one night to go to another hotel. Very Noisy. Dirty bathroom and carpets. Overall overpriced. I would not go to this Hotel again. |

Hotel was excellent lcoation and staff were very friendly. I thought the downstiars of the hotel was amazing but must admit I was disappointed by the Junior Suite. It looked as though it needed a good lick of paint and clean. The mirror in the lounge was very dirty and there were light bulds that had gone and not been replaced. |

location was very good and was the porpuse of selecting the hotel. I stayed at the hotel at end of Oct'09. Junior suite was small and not cleaned well. A/C was off making the room temperature hot. |

The location was excellent. Very convenient off the Avenue de Champs-Elysees. That's it though - I wouldn't rate this hotel as four star. The service was very poor. Our room was tiny and dark and we were three people staying in it. We asked for a better room and they said they would move us to a brighter nicer room. We packed our cases as requested and left for the day as they promised they'd move our luggage etc into the new room they were getting ready for us. We came back late that evening exhausted and found that our room wasn't ready and nothing had been done. Our luggage remained in our room packed and untouched. We were extremely annoyed after them promising to move us. So we unpacked again and got moved the next day. Very very poor service and not all that apologetic either. I would not rate this hotel as a four star at all, however, the location was great. |

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Arc and to the Champs-Elysees. We had an insect that came running on the table and then came into the breakfast plate, the response of the stuff was not good and finally they made some money reductions. To be honest this was a terrible experience and we could not have the breakfast afterwards! |

Location of the hotel is great just on the Champs Elysees so access to everything becomes very easy. Rooms too small. Staff was not very helpful. I gave some special instructions while booking and they didnt had read them and I have to remind them again. The hotel seems to be in some Arab country as all the guests and staff included were Arabs. Rooms too small and looked as if not being cleaned since ages. There were wine glasses, keys and other stuff fallen behind the cupboards full of dirt which showed that the rooms are hardly cleaned. |
