No wifi available, no shuttle to airport (and it is close by)... Staff unfriendly, will not stay there again.

This wasn't the worse place I've ever stayed at, but close to it. Poor location being hard to find, not the cleanest & there was constant noise all through the night (broken airconditioner noise and paper thin walls).

The breakfasts were ok. No restaurant in the hotel - need to walk 10 minutes or use a car for a meal. No posibility of connection to internet (although advertised as with wi-fi). Does not meet requirements for *** hotel.

Nähe Palexpo - Preisgünstig Bei Ankunft spätnachts mit letztem Bus war etwas verwirrend, dass bei Hauptstrasse Hotel Median angeschrieben ist, welches Lobby ab 21.45 geschlossen hat. Telefonisch zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich.

J'invite tous les clients de booking à ne surtout pas séjourner dans cet hôtel ! Le seul qualificatif qui me viens est : minable ! Un trois étoiles ?! Même pas deux, je connais des formules 1 qui tiennent plus la route. Service inexistant, personnel amateur, peintures écaillées, dall de plafond avec des tâches jaunâtres partout, taille de la chambre ridiculement petite, une télé de l'époque de compagnon, et le clou du spectacle pas de connections wifi gratuite, et pas de câble ! Et oui l'hôtellerie c un métier. Pas bon pour la réputation du site non plus !

Situation en bout de piste de l'aéroport !!! Chambre non faite, attente de 45mn pour obtenir du linge propre, moquette sale, éclairage déficient, tv hors d'age - fenetre ne fermant pas - couloir sale, moquette déchirée - personnel incompétent - paiement par avance des petits- déjeuners (12€ chaque) et ne valant pas cette somme. Rien ne juistifie l'attribution de 3* pour ce caravansérail !!! ne devrait pas figurer dans vos propositions

J'ai voulu acheter une bière pour la consommer dans ma chambre; mais quelle surprise lorsqu'on m'a infligé un change ( 11 € pour CHF 20.00) C'es du vol manifeste . On a pràtendu à une commission tràs importante de la part de la Banque. Ayant été un professionnel de l'Hôtellerie pendant 4o ans, je trouve que c'est une mauvaise politique d’arnaquer les clients sur le change ou comme dans le passé par des majorations sur les communications téléphonique . Vous ravaillez contre vous et rien que cela fera que je changerai d'h'otel.

Nos hemos llevado una sorpresa muy desagradable, siendo clientes de booking.com, ni podiamos pensar que podrian ofrecernos un alojamiento tan desastroso, con falta de higiene, el baño no funcionaba, la cama no estaba limpia, la habitacion parecia para indigentes, nos parece realmente una estafa, lo digno seria que nos reintegren el dinero, nos sentimos estafados. Les repito lo eticamente correcto con un cliente seria acreditar el monto que nos debitaron en nuestra tarjeta. Una empresa como la de ustedes. Deberia conocer el hospedaje que recomiendan o que tienen en cartera. Sinceramente un desastre, dormimos vestidos, nos fuimos espantados muy temprano por la mañana.

Man ist sehr schnell am Flughafen Genf oder an der Messe. Das Hotel ist mittlerweile ein Bruchbude. Es gibt nichts, was nicht kaputt ist. Oder schmutzig. Oder beides.Das ist keine übertreibung! Wir hatten nicht mal eine Türklinke. Das Frühstück ist lieblos. Vertrocknetes Rührei, oder flockiger Kaffe. Milch mit Haut. Bäh! Das Personal ist faul und unfreundlich.

Близость к аэропорту Женева Цена не соответствует. За такие деньги можно было бы трансфер до аэропорта бесплатный сделать, а то таксист с меня, по моему незнанию и непониманию французского, а также курсовым особенностям евро-франк, содрал 40 евро. А ехать-то оказалось две автобусные остановки!!!

Удобное расположение относительно Palexpo и Женевы, соотношение цена качество лучше чем в бюджетных отелях Женевы, автостоянка Номера давно не ремонтировались, плохая шумоизоляция, старое оборудование (смеситель, телевизор)

Le personnel était plutôt serviable - Le wifi en panne depuis plusieurs jours, sans solutions de remplacement - incapacité à fournir un encas même payant après 22H30 (même avant ?) - La moitié des chaines TV ont une qualité d'image désastreuse: mauvaise réception - Chambre vraiment très très simple Pour un hôtel à ce prix, c'est totalement anormal. C'est peut être pour ça que cet hotel était disponible lors de ma réservation très tardive (13H pour une arrivée à 22H)

Lage zum Airport und zur Messe. Service und Sauberkeit.Zimmer wurde 2 mal nicht gereinigt.Neue Handtücher wurden vergessen.Mein Zimmer war 3 mal nach der Reinigung "nichtverschlossen".Hotelbar sehr mangelhaft.

qu un bar soit dans l etablissement mais sinon je pense qu il a vraiment besoin d un coup de raffraichissement la salle de bain es grande mais pas tres fonctinnelle pas de plce asser grande pour poser une trousse de toillette pas de chaise mais un pt tabouret en plastique les plafons des couloire sont plein de taches et mauvaises odeur
