The staff were very helpful but it was a hotel that felt as if it were about to close. We chose the hotle because it was within walking distance of where our son was living, and was not expensive. Each room we had was facing away from the street and we found them to be quiet. There didn't seem to be many other guests, and each room we stayed in obviously needed some maintenance. We stayed in 3 different rooms and each had some problems. And after our first 5 days, the hotel was removed from your booking system, so we was difficult to re-book at the lower price, which was all we felt we wanted to pay for the run-down facilities. |

The only good point about this hotel is the localization (close to the subway) It's too old, the carpet, the bath, the TV, everything. I would not recommend to anyone |

The way I was treated was very nice. No one gained an effort to help me when I needed,So Thanks a lot I suggest that the internet access must be included.for me your rate is expensive and i payed more to access the net. |

The location was the only thing I liked because it was convenient to metro/buses. I didn't like the bed because mattress was very poor and sank in the middle. The paint was chipping on the ceiling and there was rust spots on the waters. There wasn't an outlet for me to charge my cell phone and there was no internet service which both ruined my stay in Lyon. Lastly, the hotel needs update their merchant services to accept Visa cards in usd and not just Euros. (Big problem) |

Son emplacement entre le centre ville et son acces proche des autoroutes. Il est indispensable que les travaux entrepris et arretes soient acheves rapidement ainsi que la renovation des chambres defraichies! |

Les chambres sont calmes et bien situées, elle permette de travailler ou étudier de manière agréable, de plus elles sont à proximité de la faculté de médecine. Petit déjeuner incomplet à 7h, bien qu'il soit possible de déjeuner dès 6h (manquait le pain), mais manque très vite corrigé! |

Le personnel de l'hotel est sympathique et le calme lorsqu'on se trouve dans une chambre est appréciable. L'emplacement de l'hotel est pratique pour circuler ensuite dans la ville avec les différents transports en commun. La circulation routière devant l'hotel est un peu nuisante au confort. Le style décoratif des chambres est un peu obsolète. |

La localisation (proche d'une station de métro) alliée à un prix pas trop élevé. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est très bien. Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre (il serait souhaitable de disposer de chambres non fumeurs). La qualité de l'accueil varie selon les membres du personnel (de bon à passable). La décoration des chambres date un peu. |
