Friendly and helpful staff. Across the street from the Metro station. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Clean. Strong smell of room deodorant or something. WifFi is extra.

Pleasant and helpful staff Great location - right across from Balard Metro Station - and right off the main Paris Ring Road for those with cars(on site parking). Rooms a bit small but comfortable enough. Petite Dejeuner was quite expensive when taken in the room.

Closeness to the underground and only 5 stops from the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were good value for money when you compare to other Paris hotels. Staff speak good English and were generally helpful. No free Wifi. Tram outside may be a little noisy in the morning despite double-glazing.

Location is great! Across the metro station Ballard and Tram stop. Staff are friendly. Parking garage is open air At least the rooms we got were very old and you smell the carpet. Toilet is rather old but clean. Decided to take the rooms as advertised with air conditioning (Summer time) but our rooms had fans instead no air conditioning so we had to open the windows but street noise is just too loud. ( room facing the street side )

It wasn't very expensive and it's location, although far from the city center, was ok due to the extensive metro system that Paris boasts. Staff weren't very helpful and often greated us with an attitude. The air conditioning was broken so we left the windows open which led to mosquitos getting in the room. Right accross the street from a large construction site which was very loud and noisy.

Hotel Staff very friendly Room very clean The metro station is right across the street Good value for money (compared with the the average prices in Paris) Had I paid that amount of money for a hotel somewhere else I might have had some complaints. But having in mind that hotels in Paris are on average much more expensive than other cities, then I have nothing to complain about.

Hotel receptionists helped us very well beyond expectation with changing our reservation. Hotel is close to Peripherique, easy to reach, close to metro entrance and close to Parc Expositions. Good price/quality ratio. Breakfast buffet is maybe a bit too simple for its price. Wireless internet is a little too expensive.

Out of the centre, but conveniently close to the Eiffel Tower. It is in need of renovation, but the bed was clean and comfortable, with a sofa bed for the kids. Air conditioning and double glazing, so no traffic noise until we opened the windows in the morning. Good shower, in the bath. Not a big room, but this is Paris. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as it was €14 P.P. and enough lovely 'boulangeries'and patiseries close by! When booking we requested a room for 2 adults and 2 children. A triple room was available, showing 4 silhouettes. In the extra information it stated a max of 1 extra bed/cot. Under special requests I wrote " extra bed for child". On arrival at 9 pm.with young children, we had a room for max 3persons. (The hotel solved this. Luckily it was not high season and they had only 1 room with the sofa bed).

Easy to find, right outside both Metro and tram stop, range of café and restaurants within walking distance (behind the hotel). Room had a bath. Breakfast choice was pretty good by Parisian standards, though nothing like the pictures on the site. The hotel looks like it was built in the early 1980s and has been in a time warp ever since in terms of decor and fittings. The room and carpet were clean but the underlying materials were old and worn - carpet in room was grotty and sticky, paint peeling, mildewed grout in bathroom tiles and some signs of damp. Its on a junction of two fairly major roads and a tram line so there's pretty much constant traffic noise even with window closed which could be a problem for light sleepers. Room wasn't hugely expensive but you can get far nicer places for little more and add on the €14 for the breakfast and you should certainly do better.

The location was good as the metro station is just across the street. Excellent connections. There is also a small bakery nearby. The services were good and the sheets were new. There was a free safe unlike other places. The rooms were small for this price, but then again it's Paris. The hotel is old and everything in the rooms was worn out. One can see that it hasn't been changed for a long time. Haven't tried the breakfast as it's unreasonably expensive. It's right on the edge of zone 3 so it will take you 15 mins to go to the center. Can't walk back though.
