Easy to find, right outside both Metro and tram stop, range of café and restaurants within walking distance (behind the hotel). Room had a bath. Breakfast choice was pretty good by Parisian standards, though nothing like the pictures on the site. The hotel looks like it was built in the early 1980s and has been in a time warp ever since in terms of decor and fittings. The room and carpet were clean but the underlying materials were old and worn - carpet in room was grotty and sticky, paint peeling, mildewed grout in bathroom tiles and some signs of damp. Its on a junction of two fairly major roads and a tram line so there's pretty much constant traffic noise even with window closed which could be a problem for light sleepers. Room wasn't hugely expensive but you can get far nicer places for little more and add on the €14 for the breakfast and you should certainly do better.

The location was good as the metro station is just across the street. Excellent connections. There is also a small bakery nearby. The services were good and the sheets were new. There was a free safe unlike other places. The rooms were small for this price, but then again it's Paris. The hotel is old and everything in the rooms was worn out. One can see that it hasn't been changed for a long time. Haven't tried the breakfast as it's unreasonably expensive. It's right on the edge of zone 3 so it will take you 15 mins to go to the center. Can't walk back though.

El hotel está muy bien en relación-precio. La ubicación está muy bien ya que tienes el metro en la puerta del hotel. El metro te lleva al centro en unos 10-15 min. La habitación estaba limpia y para una estancia de una semana está bien. El hotel está se nota que es un poco antiguo.

La ubicación frente al Metro es excelente, Muy bueno, variado y abundante el desayuno. Muy amable el personal que atiende el desayuno y excelente la habitación. Me ha parecido muy poco amable el personal de recepción, con poca voluntad para asesorar al viajero.

La situation géographique à quelques pas de la porte de versailles et une station de métro et de tramway facilitent considérablement les deplacements. Le parking de l'hotel pas trop cher. La vétusté générale de l'hotel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement général. Etat moyen dee la salle de bains . L'état general de l'hotel n'est pas à la hauteur de son classement en 3 étoiles.

Um hotel simples, mas com ótimo atendimento. Próximo da estação do metrô que nos facilitou a movimentação por Paris. Os quartos eram um pouco apertados, porém uma boa opção para quem vai a Paris para aproveitar o que a cidade oferece.

Proximité du métro facilitant les déplacements. Ménage impeccable dans les chambres. Le personnel en général était très agréable. Notre chambre donnait côté bd, entre le métro et le tramway, cela faisait beaucoup de bruit avec en plus des difficultés pour fermé la fenêtre (courant d'air). Nous avions choisis une chambre triple, en fait de chambre triple, nous avons eu une chambre double où avait été rajouté un lit d'appoint (inconfortable), il était donc impossible de se déplacer correctement. Le prix du petit déjeuner pousse à le prendre à l'extérieur.

Ottima la posizione dell'albergo:basta attraversare la strada e si è alla fermata della metro, linea 8: Balard. Ottima la possibilità di accedere con soli 11,50€ a notte al parkeggio privato dell'albergo. Buona la colazione: ricca a varia. Buona la pulizia della camera e Staff disponibile e preparato. Il primo giorno quando siamo arrivati, nonostante la prenotazione per una camera doppia/matrimoniale, ci è stata assegnata, causa tutto esaurito, una camera molto, molto piccola con un letto più piccolo di una piazza e mezza. Abbiamo segnalato l'anomalia e l'indomani ci hanno cambiato la stanza con una più grande e per rimediare, lo staff dell'albergo per quella notte ci ha fatto pagare solo la metà del costo della camera ed evitato il costo di una giornata di parcheggio. Direi più che professionali!!!

La situation géographique. Horrible, l'accueil déplorable, le réceptionniste ne s'est même pas levé de sa chaise pour nous recevoir, les chambres sont minuscules, la chambre triple c'est une chambre standard dans laquelle ils rajoutent un lit sup. et une fois installé impossible de se déplacer, le bruit est infernal toute la nuit, très mauvaise isolation et la chambre a plus que vecu tout est vieux, le petit déjeuner est facturé 14 € par pers. et est très peu varié (il y a un café sympa en face) et l'accès depuis le parking est juste honteux, il y a un ascensseur minuscule pour une seule personne à la fois (nous étions 6), s'est horriblement sale et peu sécurisant.
