Staff were pleasant and helpful

The rooms were too smalland outdated.The bar was closed alot and lacked any atmosphere.We had the breakfast once and we felt it was very poor. The €14.00 cost for it was too high.The hotel is not modern as presented on your website.

Very Good for a Short Stay

No Mineral water available at 11 P.M. I was not expecting this.

I think, everything was ok...I'm really enjoyed my time there. especially the bed was pretty comfy:)

A good situation - near metro. Nice and friendly staff. Room is clean and comfortable (but it was rather noisy because our room was giving on tram-lines).

Very convenient for meetings at France Télévision. The single room was small, spartan and unexceptional, but it had all the essentials.

The breakfast was somewhat poor in choice. There was no bread for toasting, although there was a toaster. As a lacto-vegetarian, I was disappointed not to see cheese on the menu.

Good location to metro,trams,taxis. Plenty restaurants.

There was a sofa bed in our room most uncomfortable.

I was really pleased with the rate and location of the hotel. I was also happy that there was parking at a reasonable rate. The hotel even allowed us to keep our car parked there after we checked out, which was good since we were still touring the city. The hotel is in a quiet location that makes it comfortable for resting after a long day! There is a metro directly across the street which allows you to travel easily into the tourist areas of paris.

Do not think to book this hotel. Very poor Hotel, extremely rude staff, extremely small rooms, no Air Conditioning. This Hotel is not even two stars. The staff is liying about "just broke ac", it is always not working. I was at this htel for 3 times and always the same storry. I booked it because of parking.

The staff hardly spoke any English, room vas smaller then my home closet, everything is very old, dirty. Nasty hotel, nasty staff.

the location is great! near supermarket, public telephone, londlery service, and near the metro. seft location. the room cleaness.

1. the reception is tribble !!! almost the people at the reception don't helpfully, and don't nice. 2. we change two room because the air contioning don't working in the rooms (and before we reservation we wrote the hotel that the air contioning are very important for us and that is not help). 3. like someone wrote here, the elevetor (lift) are tribble!

Very good location, metro station on the other side of street,clean room, staff speaking English,quit area 15 minutes fro downtown!OWN Parking place just for 11.50!

Lift!! The door close to fast, even when you are not completly inside, so watch out!

I loved the convenient location. It is a stone-throw away from the metro (A-8, Balard), which will take you directly to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower. VERY easy to get around the city.

I would say the price, for what you get. but looking @ other hotels for the same price, I would rather stay at the one we had!!

Location is convenient -- across the street from Metro station and on the tram line. Neighborhood has nice cafes. Rate was 75 Euros per night.

Air conditioning didn't work; to keep cool, we had to open the window, but city noise kept us awake all night. Room didn't have enough electrical outlets nor lights (lamps). Television set was poorly located in the room -- couldn't open the window completely because the TV is in the way.
