Das Hotel "Lotti" profitiert von seiner excellenten Lage im Zentrum von Paris. Man hat es hier mit einem sehr gepflegten Hotel mit internationalem Clientél zu tun. Das grosszügige Zimmer war sehr liebevoll und mit gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Fernsehgeräte sollten den neuesten Standards angepasst werden und die Anzahl deutschsprachiger Sender überdacht. |

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel dauerte vom 17. bis 20.05.2009. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - noble Gegend, Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants unweit vom Hotel, sehr freundliches, höfliches Personal, eine Rezeptionistin spricht perfekt Deutsch. Sehr schöne Einrichtungen. Alles war perfekt sauber. In der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig, da kann man sehr gut schlafen. Das Einzige, was ich als negativ bewerten würde, war das Frühstück. Es war zu teuer! Auch wenn das Geschirr und das Besteck in Ordnung waren, auch wenn die Bedienung sehr nett war und der Kaffee mit Croissant sehr gut geschmeckt hat, entspricht der Preis fürs Frühstück nicht seinem Inhalt. Es gibt aber viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten, dieses Problem zu lösen. |

Die Lage des Hotels. Hotel entspricht nicht einem NH Hotel. Es ist ein typisches Jolly Hotel.Ersteinmal bieten wir dem Gast die alten Zimmer im alten Hotelflügel an.Nach Weigerung das Zimmer zu übernehmen und Vorlage der Kreditkarte gibt es dann das bei Booking.com angeboten Zimmer |

Saubere Zimmer und gut eingerichtetes Bad. Zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter Komfort der Zimmer. Kein Teppich - unbehaglich. Betten sind nicht das, was man sich in einer solchen Kategorie Hotel wünscht. Altmodisch - kein Duvet. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location ideal, in the middle between Louvre, Tuileries, Place Vendome, shopping district and opera. Room was clean, well furnished and had a nice view. The lobby seems somewhat tiny and dark given the size and external appearance of the hotel. Minor point though. |

The hotel staff was polite and nice and the location of the hotel was excellent. Even though I adamantly requested a room in the renovated section and had Booking.com call the hotel to be sure they understood that I would cancel the booking if they couldn't guaranteed me a room in that section, upon arrival they informed me that they were very sorry but they did not have a room in the requested section. They then offered a junior suite in the old section, which we had no choice but to accept. The room was spacious but badly in need of decoration. It was plain and tacky, with terrible lighting and very poor water pressure. When I complained again the next day, they took us to see a room in the renovated section which would have been ok had it not been in the smoking section (which I had also specified I did not want) |

The best location in Paris for sightseeing and shopping .Our room was large,clean and comfortable and the hotel staff we were in contact with,Elizabeth at the desk,Natalie at the food and bar,jose and Eric,concierge,were absolutely wonderful.Look no further for your hotel,this hotel is unbeatable,top marks all the way. |

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Someone was always ready to answer a question or provide a suggestion. It's proximity to everything I wanted to see in Paris was a huge benefit of this hotel. It was near the Lourve, shopping, wonderful restaurants, and minutes by taxi to the Eifle Tower and the Moulin Rouge. |
