The hotel staff was extremely helpful and that was great since we don't speak French. The room was probably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. |

They have upgraded my room from superior to deluxe I dont like the blanket in the hotel. They should change the blanket to duvet, the blanket makes my skin feels itchy. Also i stayed on 5/F, i turned on air con but room is still hot in the afternoon |

The central location of this hotel, between the Place del la Concorde/Champs Elyees, Rue de Rivoli &Tuileries/Louvre/Musee D'Orsay, Rue St Honore & Madelaine, Place Vendome/Opera makes it an ideal base even for the less active. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite from an Executive Room at no extra cost. |

Great location. Nice room design. Good bath accessories. Perfect cleanliness of the room. Responsive staff. Poor mini-bar - no red wine! Twin beds slided apart constantly. Hotel's restaurant is closed too early. No iron in the room. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we even received a free upgrade without requesting it. The location of the hotel is briliant, we only stayed for one night but still managed to see quite a few sites. |

The location is great. The rooms on the renovated side of the hotel are great. But guests must make sure they get the renovated rooms, otherwise they can get dissapointed. for my first 2 days we were put in a room that is not in the renovated section of the hotel, even though pictures of the rooms online are of the renovated ones - so it was clearly very misleading. Initially it was very frustrating, our room was clearly old and small |

The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can walk to the major sights such as the Louvre, Paris Opera, Museum D'orsay and Orangerie. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks English well. Concierge staff exceptional. No. Everything was comfortable and easy. |

The hotel Lotti was fantastic. Very luxurious and bang in the centre of Paris, perfect for sight seeing shopping and well within walking distance of just about everything, Definately added a special feel to my first trip to Paris regards, Jeremy H. |

The concierge staff always greeted my wife and me warmly and was very helpful in making or confirming several restaurant reservations for us. Others, particularly those in the wonderful bar/lounge area, were welcoming, pleasant and professional. Housekeeping was not quite as attentive as it has been in past visits. In fairness, however, it has been exceptional in our past visits over more than 20 years. With the pressures all hotels are facing these days, the Lotti/Jolly/NH Hotels are going to have to careful not to relax their excellent standards of service. |

Calm and quiet - spacious - polite staff poor breakfast - to many carbohydrates, sweet white bread is not good for breakfst. Should be more protein and whole grain. |

The hotel is in the perfect position in Paris for shopping and the major tourist spots. It is also reasonably well priced for somewhere so central. It is probably about ready for a refresh in some areas - misses some of the better design elements of some other equivalent hotels. |

Hotel was luxurious and walking distance to Louvre & Musee de Orsay. Absolutely spectacular service, rooms were spacious, comfortable and elegant. I was more than thrilled with everything about my stay (and I am a frequent business traveler and am very picky!) Room service was mediocre. |

It is an elegant old building, perfectly located for someone without much time to explore Paris. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed with period furniture, and very quiet (faced the interior). Restaurant is Italian--odd for an old French hotel. Food was good but very expensive. |
