The room was of a reasonable size, comfortable and most importantly clean Room service 'Breakfast' was seriously over priced at Euros 27 for 1 glass of orange juice, 1 pot of hot water and 1 tea bag and 3 rolls with 2 squares of butter and some jam. |

the location can not be beat, it is really close to everything you want to do in Paris, or at least easy to get to I felt like the price was high and am not sure I would call this hotel a four star, maybe a 3 1/2, we had a great room , but not four star. The Westin is right next door and you have that as a four star, that really seemed to be a 5 star |

We had a great view and a large room with very large windows that opened with Juliet balcony. Bathroom was very large and immaculate and new which I appreciated. Great ventilation throughout and bright. We found the TV to be very small and very far away for viewing. Also the sound was set very low. |

The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was agreeable The location is very centrally located, but incredibly touristy. One must get out of the immediate neighborhood to find better restaurants at a better value. |

The location is good. Breakfast good. Room above expectation, faced courtyard so was quiet. I liked the hotel size: not too big to feel lost, but big enough to have all services. I will most definitely stay here again if the prices don't go too wild. I don't think we could be any better off at the Ritz! |

Loaction was excellent, with large no. of major attractions & retail locations within walking distance. Also metro station close by. Decor in the room was a little bit grubby and bedroom a bit small for a suite. |

Comfortable clean room - elegant interiors in main public spaces. Well located. Room felt 'under-resourced' by international hotel standards. Although some staff were excellent (restaurant staff in particular) not all had the same level of professionalism. |
