Location, location, location! The room was nice and big. Helpful staff.
Beds were dated. The wi-fi was not very good. The hotel around the corner had a stronger signal!
What I like the most about the Lotti is his location. I think the size of the room is also really good and there is a sense of space in the hotel in general unlike many other hotel in Paris which often are small and too cosy. I have been staying at the Lotti for many years and will stay there again.
I didn't like the toiletries, not very good quality. I didn't try the breakfast because I thought it was too expensive and it should have been included in the price of the room.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Fantastic location.
Location, staff, service
Location - friendly staff
Old furniture and carpets
Location was perfect and staff were very helpful and polite
Pity they still use blankets on beds and not duvets
Room size and cleanness
Bad internet service and very poor breakfast compared to the price we pay for
Was the second time I stayed in this hotel, last year liked it very much - the room was great, we had mini bar, shower cabin. Hotel comfortably situated in the center.
This year I booked the same type of a room, but it was awfull - no wi-fi, weird bathroom, no light - 1 small window gives no light at day - and few lapms hardly give enough light at night. We had the fridge - with 2 bottles of water. when we checked-in. and not a bottle more. Eigher I was given bad room or the hotel just doesn't care about its guest and ratings.
Location, excellent staff
Room location, the room was facing a wall, bathroom needed painting
great location, bar and communal areas are lovely.
the room was clean but very worn and dated, they need updating to match the communal areas in reception. We also had an adjoining door to another bedroom which made the neighboring room very noisy. It was that noisy we complained twice to reception to no avail (3.30am & 4.30am). They woke us up at 2.30am and finally went to sleep at 7.30am!!!! We were not happy at all and when we made the complaint to the reception the man did nothing about it and merely shrugged his shoulders. We had to go straight out to working which was difficult. Also thought breakfast was over prices for what was available.
perfect room service, beautiful paintings both in the rooms and hotel halls, the work of all the personal is indeed excellent. Immediate reaction on any probelm or question, total understanding. Spacious room (especially for Paris), brand shops and nice restaurants rigth next to the hotel. And location itself is just great. it was our 19th (not sure maybe 18 or 20)) trip to Paris so these impessions are truthful.
everything was just perfect.
--top location --ambiance in hotel --value for money
--due to the beautiful wooden floors in the rooms a bit noisy between rooms
wonderful location, quiet room with a courtyard view and free WiFi
there was no reasonably priced breakfast option within the hotel. I did eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was not at all worth the expensive price.
The location is perfect and calm enough which is not self-evident in the heart of Paris. We've got a very nice and spacious room, and the entire staff was very accommodating.
We noticed nothing negative
Location. Rooms are ok
Hotel a bit old, need reconstruction. Paint is falling from the walls. Smell.
Staff very relax!
A bit old but will be refreshed for the next 2.5 years.
hotel staff, access to shops, restaurants.
Hotel Lotti's beds are like sleeping on concrete blocks. worst beds ever.. too bad as this is a HUGE DEAL..
it was my second time in Lotti.Perfect location
The room was very very cold. The furnitures and room looks old and damaged.
Location Staff tried to help
Horrible smell in the cupboard where minibar is. Dirty and loud rooms in general (street ok, but you can hear every word from your neighbours) Very bad isolation so we were cold at night. Asked for additional blankets and when we finally got them they still siding do the job. All in all would not return. Location is fantastic but everything else was a torture.
The location was very near to my offices in Paris
The room was very expensive for what it was. Also, the cover on the bed was covered in dog hair - therefore I was covered in dog hair having sat on the bed to do some emails. When I complained I was immediately moved to a new room which was cleaner however it had single beds which were not comfortable.
Location was perfect. I have stayed here several times in the past 10 years, but its present condition is shameful !!!
Very poor attitude of staff Not service oriented Not very helpful Room, which was supposed to be an executive room (360€/day) was shabby, old, smelly. The shower was very old inside a bathtub, no shower stall, no shower curtain, beds were not comfortable, towels were worn out and old. This hotel should be closed!!
Nice room, and big space compare to other similar hotel in Paris
Room service and cleaning starting very early.
This is not our first visit to the Hotel Lotti. But it still was not bad. The hotel is uniquely spoiled - this is true of cleanliness in the room and the staff's attitude towards the guests (himself had to lug my bags), and the quality of food for breakfast ... Never live in Lotti will not
