The location is good. Breakfast good. Room above expectation, faced courtyard so was quiet. I liked the hotel size: not too big to feel lost, but big enough to have all services. I will most definitely stay here again if the prices don't go too wild. I don't think we could be any better off at the Ritz! |

Loaction was excellent, with large no. of major attractions & retail locations within walking distance. Also metro station close by. Decor in the room was a little bit grubby and bedroom a bit small for a suite. |

Comfortable clean room - elegant interiors in main public spaces. Well located. Room felt 'under-resourced' by international hotel standards. Although some staff were excellent (restaurant staff in particular) not all had the same level of professionalism. |

The location and the general ambiance There are no hooks on the back of the bathroom door , therefore the bathrobe was hanged by the staff on the door itself, not very nice to see. |
