Great location friendly staff clean affordable.

My daughter and I stayed here 5 nights and the hotel is in a great location and all we could have wanted. Would stay here again.

At a 4 star hotel and at this rate, it is not admissible to wait 30 minutes in order to have a coffe at the hotel bar. They do not have a proper breakfast restaurant, you loose 1 hour to wait in queue in front of the restaurant to have a seat at bthe breakfast you pay for.

in booking firstly, I requested extrabed for my child, but the room was small double room without extrabed. however I requested to change bigger room with extrabed, so staff was very kindly to change bigger room at only 30 minites, and this room was very big and comfortable. we can see Vandome square from the balcony and so very beautiful. breakfast is very good for big volume and many kinds of food and drink and dessert. check-out time is 12:00, so we can stay very leisurely.

Hotel lobby looks ok, but all the rest is obsolete. Rooms, bathrooms, corridors, beds, everything inside the hotel is old and outdated!!! Very disspointing stay!

Spacious, classically decorated comfortable rooms offer a great view on typical Parisian architecture with only few steps to top jewelry and fashion designer stores and Opera on one side and Louvre museum and park on the other.

Good location. Traditionally furnished and reasonably comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Free wifi in public areas - just about reached some rooms, but a little unreliable.

Room did have a/c but ineffective - left room very hot (in middle of winter). Needed window wide open but too noisy and exposed to do this at night. WiFi wasn't advertised as being available in rooms, though one could just about pick it up (will dpeend on room) - would be good if it was more widely available in the hotel. Breakfast not particularly good and v expensive - far better to seek a cafe.

- The room was freezing because the heating system is not working. - poor room - not clean - wi fi do not work in most of the floors as well as on the first it is slow and cuts alot - compared to the paid fees the service is horrible

It is a beautiful hotel with a sense of old Parisian luxury. I loved the location because it is outside of the intensity of the Paris tourist trap but close enough to either walk or catch the metro to everything that needs to be seen in Paris.

Some of the staff were a little diffident but if the French don't have an air of that diffidence I would be disappointed
