Hotel was interesting and wonderfully decorated. Staff were great. Location was good close to metro, close to moulin rouge, close to bars and restaurants.
Location was a little too vibrant when it came to nighttime, lots if noise from streets below. Air con didn't really work and the shower leaked in the bathroom. Didn't get much space for your money but I guess that's just paris.
This lovely boutique hotel 3 minutes from moulin rougue and Blanche metro train station was a delight to stay. The cavern area for breakfast was unique with tasty food.
- ambience of hotel (pictures & books etc) - location (transport accessibility) - customer service of specific hotel representatives -breakfast layout
- unable to check in as room not ready (delay to our tour) - abrupt/unhelpful manner of specific staff member - rooms slightly smaller than expected
Loved the location and the breakfast.
The decor of the hotel was gorgeous, with good attention to detail. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
The air on had broke on the day we arrived. Was exceptional circumstances in heat of +30 degrees. The staff however did everything they could with a smile to resolve the situation.
I liked the room - was very nicely decorated. The tea and coffee in the room was also great.
The air conditioner does not work very well.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice bedroom, very good shower, very central position, reasonable rates, fast reliable lift.
Bathroom cramped, no wardrobe or place to hang clothes, no music or English channels on TV, Wi-Fi unreliable.
traveled with my mom and sister. The hotel was very cute and clean. I've stayed at some bad hotels in Paris but this place was fab. The rooms are well decorated and a good size for the city.
comfortable room, nice shower
No instructions how to operate coffee machine
Location is good
The thin carpeted floor didn't feel clean and the radiator was making a ver loud noise. One of the lights in the room wasn't working and it was quite dark. Light was fixed once we informed them. Breakfast was expensive for what was given. 15 euros per person.
The service was great and the location superb
Room was a little small
If you're in Paris to enjoy the sights and sounds, the location of this hotel is excellent. It was quite easy to find and close to the Blanche-metro station and it's close to several attractions. The decor is quite nice.
I stayed here on a business trip. Although WiFi is included in the room rate, it wasn't a great connection and for some reason I could not make any RDP-connections through it - really not helpful. Also, the desk in the room is very small and there was no space to put the chair in front of it, so I had to sit on the bed to do some work, which wasn't comfortable. My room rate did not include breakfast and I thought that having to pay €15 for it is a bit steep. The lift is what I now consider to be the typical Parisian lift: tiny with a door on hinges on every floor - not so quick easy to get in and out of if you have a suitcase. The shower somehow leaked, so I had a little puddle next to it after I showered which you have to remember about so that you don't step into it with dry socks! I won't be staying here again for business, but if I'm in Paris as a tourist and can dish out the money, it's a good option.
Clean & good location
Room was very small difficult To get ready
Amazing staff that is very helpfull, caring and professional; good wifi connection; very good location as metro stations are close to the hotel; avaible place for meals and avaible place to chill out with nice music at the hotel reception
Poor amenities, impossibilty to use viber due to hotel restrictions, some noise heard from the street at night , care should be given more to cleaness (bed linens and towels werent changed regularily)
Furniture, décor, breakfast, location, staff, 24 hour reception
We dedicated our Paris stay to the Montmartre area and for that Josephine was just perfect. It was nicely and quirkily decorated, the staff was very friendly and helpful. No language problems at all. The room was nice and quiet with a good bed. We were lucky to get one of the two rooms with a bath (would have been nice to have a curtain on the window though!). The view was to the street, nothing spectacular there. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. The breakfast was great too, you could press your own orange juice afresh!
Please note that if you get a room with a bath (which we wanted) it will be more difficult to take a shower. There is no shower rail. So you will have to keep the handset in your hand while showering, there is no place to attach it to. Also without any splash guard (shower curtain or wall) water will inevitably end up on the floor.
Brilliant location, fantastic for walking into central Paris and for great places to eat nearby. A beautifully setup typical French bijoux hotel which we would use again.
Expensive breakfast so went out to little cafe down the street.
Excellent, spacious room, very nicely decorated. Very good size bathroom and bed. Very polite and helpful staff. Metro station less than 5 minutes away
Nothing. Everything was perfect
The location and the hotel is really nice and cosy
Good location, very easy to either walk to Grand Boulevards or take the metro
A/C in the room worked only on heating (constantly more than 27 degrees in the room). The road is quite busy at night, so not very convenient to open the windows. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were loose. Big stain of water in a corner.
We had such a great stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for three single beds in our lovely room on the top floor (#603) and friendly, helpful staff. Great decor; loved the black and white framed photographs and the deep bath. Plus free WiFi :)
Disposable and efficient staff. Amazing and colourful interior design, on the old french style. Everything was new and clean and the room was provided with a window, a coffee/tea machine and a plasma. A free wi-fi connection was available for everyone in the hotel.
Our room was quite small and there wasn't enough space for our luggages. Everything was really expensive.
The hotel was decorated beautifully and was small and boutique. Great location for a variety of restaurants and bars.
Rooms were a little small but no more than most Paris hotels.
Nice design hotel, quite good location - approximity of metro station, nice staff, clean, new equipment.
I did not take the breakfast because of price.
