The people on staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved hanging out on our little balcony. The room was small, but all that we needed. We spent most of our time at the beach and the hotel was perfect for taking a shower, drinking wine on the balcony, and getting a good night's sleep. It was just a short walk away from the beach, a park, and a ton of restaurants. The room was too small if you plan on spending a lot of time there and there was no fridge which would have been nice, although the hotel staff was able to store stuff for us in the kitchen downstairs. |

Close to centre of Juan-les-Pins and also just 30 minutes walk from the old town and harbour of Antibes. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely relaxed small hotel with very clean pool area. Very enjoyable stay. |

Pool and service was very good, staff very good. Great location except for the school across the street..very noisy early in the A.M. and all day till 1700 hours. Rooms very small and very very expensive for the size, bathroom is tiny plus no bath..at 200 euros a night, should be better! Exterior was a little run down |

The Hotel Staff were lovely. Location was great and on street parking was convenient. Free Wi-Fi. Not exactly a 3 star hotel but nice. Not much bad to say. |

the hotel is located in quiet residential are, some 200 meters from beaches and restaurant streets. staff is very good and pleasant, very polite and good people around. pool is also very nice. quite old rooms, and some interior items need repairment |

Very close to beautiful private beaches (15 Euro per day), the decoration of the hotel and the beautiful zone it is located. Staff was very friendly, even if it could not accept some of our requests. Rooms are a bit cramped, there's no minibar, and the reception could close later (closes at 8pm). |
