Hôtel Juan Beach  

Excellent pool facilities and very nice location. Friendly staff and very nice bar next to pool. WiFi was also fast and worked well. Quite pricy although not really luxury hotel. The hotel will undergo interior refurbishing in the winter of 2011-2012 which will provide better justification for the high prices which hopefully will remain unaffected.

The Staff at the Juan beach were absolutely wonderful and all the other guests we met at the Hotel thought so too. The Pool and Bar areas were really attractive and we really enjoyed our 10 days stay. We would definitely return to this friendly and comfortable hotel.

Car parking could be a problem sometimes but next time maybe we wouldn't bother to use a car as most of the amenities we needed were a short walk away.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, a short walk from the beach and from the main streets. The pool is small but clean and quite.

I had choosed this hotel because everybody else mentioned on their reviews that it was very clean. Well, this is in fact my main disappointment with the hotel. I found it dirty and smelly. The rooms are very small, but that would be ok considered the rate and the location.

Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak fluent English. Perfectly located hotel for nightlife and beach. Only 25 minutes to Nice by train for good shopping.

The staff was friendly and the location in Juan Les Pins was good. It's a good price option just around the corner from good larger hotels. Reasonable joyce for shorter business trip.

They have pool, but not bathrobes, so You don't really use it. House needs some repair, but thats normal in France. Bathroom didn't have ventilation, so You need to open window while in shower - not a major problem though. Price during MIPIM is clearly high.

te kleine kamer en zeker een veel te klein bed : 1.40 x 1.80 m. Mijn man is 1.90 m !! Bedmaat niet meer van deze tijd.

De ontvangst was hartelijk door de vriendelijke eigenaresse.Het hotel beschikt over een eigen zwembad met naastgelegen leuke bar en tv ruimte

het pand en de kamers zijn duidelijk aan renovatie toe, dit zou ook gaan gebeuren volgens de eigenaresse

La piscine et le bar patio sont les seuls avantages de cet hotel

Nous avons attendu 40 min avant que la gérante de l'hotel nous recoive. Le personnel de bar est asociable. Notre chambre avait la fenetre entre 2 moteurs climatisations qui démarraient toutes les 10 mins on se serai cru dans un aéroport. La chasse d'eau avait une fuite permanente Les couettes et rideaux sont délavées et poussiéreuses HOTEL A EVITER MALGRE DE BELLES PHOTOS!

Désuet, photos trompeuses, linge de piscine/plage sont bons à mettre à la poubelle. La chambre n'est pas à la hauteur d'une chambre dite "supérieure". Situé en face d'une école ou les parents amènent et reprennent les enfants en voiture ce qui engendre beaucoup de bruit en période scolaire.
