Hôtel Juan Beach

Hotel bien situado, no muy lejos de Cannes y Niza, y cercano a la playa y zona de ocio de Juan Les Pins. Personal muy amable, es tranquilo y limpio, con una estupenda zona de piscina y bar anexo. Hemos estado muy a gusto siendo la base de nuestras excursiones por la Costa Azul. Aunque el precio es alto comparando con lo que ofrecen los hoteles en España, una vez allí y viendo los precios que piden por la zona, nos pareció razonable. Si vuelvo iré allí sin dudarlo.

The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach, Having a swimming pool was a major reason for choosing the hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room was quite small but the bathroom was a shower wet room and was adequate. It was located at the top of the stairs which could have been an issue if other guests came noisily up the stairs late at night but luckily they did not.

Very nice facility. Nice staff during the day.

Night man was extremely rude. I introduced myself while he was serving my wife and I and he very directly insulted me.

For a long weekend away, which we had booked for, the Pool and Bar areas were very good, as pools are not common at hotels in the region even for hotels with a superior rating. The hotel was in a quiet location, but still close to the beach and amenities. The staff were also very helpful and efficient, whilst the aircon in the room was a blessing.

The room (204) itself was very small, particularly the shower room, and the furnishings were a bit tired, especially the carpet which was badly worn, and stained with what looked like bleach burns. As a result the price we paid for the hotel was only fair because the whole Cote d'Azur area is expensive. In other locations we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for less.

The hotel doesn't look as beautifull as it shows on the pictures. The building needs to get fixed! It look very old when toy arrive.

Pool and service was very good, staff very good. Great location except for the school across the street..very noisy early in the A.M. and all day till 1700 hours.

Rooms very small and very very expensive for the size, bathroom is tiny plus no bath..at 200 euros a night, should be better! Exterior was a little run down

Lage ist sehr gut, naher zum Meer, Strand, Restaurants, City Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig und grün.

Zimmer war sehr klein und einfach eingerichtet.

la responsable de cet hotel est très sympathique et acceuillante. l hotel est calme et un peu en retrait. pas loin de la plage

chambre trop petites et vetuste par contre salle de bain refaites
