Excellent choice for a short stay in Juan les Pins with some friends. Bars, beach and harbour are within 5 minutes walking distance. Friendly staff, cheap but nice breakfast and a nice coll-off pool. |

The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach, Having a swimming pool was a major reason for choosing the hotel. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room was quite small but the bathroom was a shower wet room and was adequate. It was located at the top of the stairs which could have been an issue if other guests came noisily up the stairs late at night but luckily they did not. |

For a long weekend away, which we had booked for, the Pool and Bar areas were very good, as pools are not common at hotels in the region even for hotels with a superior rating. The hotel was in a quiet location, but still close to the beach and amenities. The staff were also very helpful and efficient, whilst the aircon in the room was a blessing. The room (204) itself was very small, particularly the shower room, and the furnishings were a bit tired, especially the carpet which was badly worn, and stained with what looked like bleach burns. As a result the price we paid for the hotel was only fair because the whole Cote d'Azur area is expensive. In other locations we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for less. |

We were very pleased with the hotel Juan Beach. It was comfortable and clea. it has a good swimming pool and is in the town square area and near the wonderful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will go back |

The people on staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved hanging out on our little balcony. The room was small, but all that we needed. We spent most of our time at the beach and the hotel was perfect for taking a shower, drinking wine on the balcony, and getting a good night's sleep. It was just a short walk away from the beach, a park, and a ton of restaurants. The room was too small if you plan on spending a lot of time there and there was no fridge which would have been nice, although the hotel staff was able to store stuff for us in the kitchen downstairs. |

Close to centre of Juan-les-Pins and also just 30 minutes walk from the old town and harbour of Antibes. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely relaxed small hotel with very clean pool area. Very enjoyable stay. |

Pool and service was very good, staff very good. Great location except for the school across the street..very noisy early in the A.M. and all day till 1700 hours. Rooms very small and very very expensive for the size, bathroom is tiny plus no bath..at 200 euros a night, should be better! Exterior was a little run down |
