Location, Staff, facilities, etc. everything was just wonderful !!!
The Staff at the desk and in the dining room were too involved in their own importance.
of all the staff the concierge was outstandingly helpful the room was beautiful the decor of the hotel is excellent
checking out was not done in a very friendly manner
Good general location with excellent facilities
Breakfast not value for money but goes with hotel standard
We liked everything about this hotel. The decor was exquisite and the rooms were comfortable. The garden was beautiful and very peaceful, as were the cloisters. The service and location were excellent. A great place to stay in every way.
It was an overnight stay so the hotel was ok for that
Very small room
We liked everything about the hotel in general and would return when next we visit Arles the décor is truly amazing . With the exception of one member of staff the rest were excellent especially the concierge and reception staff
The staff member who appeared to be in charge of the dining room behaved in a most inappropriate e manner whilst my husband and I were sitting in the r bar after returning from Avignon on the afternoon of August We were drinking champagne as we did each day and as noted by another guest the cost is quite high Our experience was spoiled by the prescence of two women and a young child noisily running around and also going behind the bar area It became obvios that the child was that of the barman/waiter who came out and briefly conversed and played with the child At the same time he admonished one of the more junior staff for not having cleared the table of a couple who had just left Perhaps they also found the situation uncomfortable The more junior staff handled themselves professionally and with composure in spite of the annoyance This was a blot on an oyherwise enjoyablr visit
Loved the location, the staff, the Hotel, our Room, the Pool
Drinks were very expensive!
The situation is excellent. The staff is friendly
Everything else is really not fitting the level of this hotel.
The interior design is awesome. The swimming pool is lovely. The position is very convenient, just a few steps away from the Hotel de la Ville. The structure is fascinating
The corridors get a little too noisy after 8.00 am, but maybe it was just a case that occurred
Kind staff, excellent restaurant, cmfortable bed
A smell of mildew in our room.
Room clean and comfortable.Excellent restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful.
Forgot to put soap and shampoo in our room.
We liked the new Christian Lacroix redesign, and the outdoor swimming pool.
A few minor snagging/teething problems following the reopening in June but I am sure these will be sorted out soon.
At check-in, the staff copied my credit card's security number also. It's out of rule. Parking fee was a little bit expensive.
