Com que és força nou te un aspecte modern i acollidor. Ben comunicat amb metro bona atencio del personal de recepcio i habitacio correcte i forsa neta. Desde lhabitacio es sentia lascensor i les dones de la neteja perque estan mal insonoritzades. El preu una mica elevat. |

La situació de l'hotel és molt bona, el personal també és molt agradable i l'hotel en general és molt acollidor. Doncs he tingut un petit problema per el q ahir ja vaig trucar, el dia abans de la entrada a l'hotel em van cobrar una nit de més, com si haguès anulat la reserva el dia abans, així q de moment m'han cobrat 117 euros de més, vaig trucar a booking i en teoria demà m'han de dir algo, espero q es pugui solucionar el més aviat possible. |

L'hotel està molt ben situat per poder anar qualsevol punt de la ciutat i també té molt bona comunicació amb els aeroport de París. Les habitacions són molt correctes i han estat renovades fa molt poc. Molt recomanable per un cap de setmana a Paris |

The location, within walking distance of Gare du Nord is a big plus. You can also easily walk from here to the centre of Montmartre. There are 2 metro stations within a few minutes walk giving you access to the whole of paris. The room was small but the bed super comfy and the colours and styling of the room were very boutique. The staff could not have been more welcoming or friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but fine. I'd definitely stay here again. |

staff very pleasant and helpful very much liked the neighbourhood and the proximity to the Eurostar breakfast area very crowded and claustrophobic rooms need to be updated and repainted. |

The room was really great with balcony. The lobby is really design. Good location. Well few things: 1. the breakfast room is very warm, no windows, an "etuve" 2. When asking for taxi for the train station with suitcase and laptop bag, I have been told to walk (15 to 20 minutes) .... had to insist to get a cab at the time I wanted to ... (and I am French). 3. Continuous traffic jam in the street. |

The staff were excellent in every way. It was a good location and the hotel had most things one would expect. Yes I thought the breakfast was very poor in quality and variety The coffee was almost undrinkable which is unforgivable in Paris There was no mirror in the bedroom The bedroom was very very small and cramped despite being classified as superior |

The hotel pretend to appear as design hotel... to far away from this goal. Too small room, bed suppose to be for 2 person but was just right for sigle use. No facilities as air dryer, bed smell in room, very noisy in the morning(and not coming from outside) room for brekfast too small and always full of people. |

The breakfast was v good. We were given the smallest room in the hotel - room 609 - from the fire escape plans it is possible to see that it is around half the size of the other rooms - far too small and just not comfortable. When we mentioned it on check out the receptionist just said, "Yes, sorry about that" - and that was it. The room had a slanted wall so that it wasn't actually possible to walk around both sides of the double bed - it was really no more than a glorified broom cupboard in size and we definitely would not stay there again - there are hotels of similar quality and price that have far larger rooms in Paris. |

There is really nothing that I like about this hotel except for the location. The room was tiny - made things worst with a slated roof with our room on level 6. The toilet & capboard were so small - really not a good place for a longer stay. Asked for extra pillow and have to wait for over 1 hour for it with reminded calls. Not quite pleasant. Breakfast was the same everyday for the 4 nights we stayed. |

I really liked this hotel. Really comfy bed. Little balcony from which you could see the Opera and even the top of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Really good breakfast with loads of choice. Friendly. |

The staff was friendly. Although the room was a bit small it was comfortable ad relatively newly updated. The location was only a short walk to the metro making it easy to get around. Water pressure in the room was quite low until the last 2 days. The HVAC was also not very reliable. |
