Located a 10-minute walk from Opéra Garnier and half a mile from Galeries Lafayette, Hotel Eugène en Ville is a design-style hotel, decorated in silver tones. It includes a wine bar.

Good size room for Paris and the bed was comfy
No hot breakfast and when I asked for this to be replenished the sausage and bacon were cold. Added to that a blocked toilet that wasn't fixed immediately detracted from the stay
Excellent location. Staff are very professional and speak English. Lovely hotel and very clean
Staff. Made upgrade of the room.
Old furniture. Bad smell from the bathroom. I asked high floor and tub in the bath. Air conditioner is not work properly. The temperature was high than 26 degree. The curtains should be closer due to possibility to see inside the room.
Location was good Beds were comfortable
There was a strange odor in the hall.
Walking distance to Opera and Galleries La Fayette. From there can take Hop on hop off buses. Breakfast ok.
Room bait small. Place looks run down. Walked all the way from Train Station as no taxi wanted to go there from the station.
Great hotel decor, good service and hotel amenities and space compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Paris
Very friendly staff with problem solving approach. Hotel is under renovation and they tried to did their best to find a room with no paint smell. Good location, 1 minute walk distance to metro.
Street side and lobby is under renovation. Wi-Fi is slow-speed and every 24h new password is required. Standard rooms are very small. Not suitable for a 4* ranking.
Sera certainement très bien quand les travaux seront finis... Will be good with the renovation will be completed...
L'hôtel est en travaux, recouvert par un échafaudage, avec les vibrations des marteaux dès le matin.
Felt safe and had a helpful staff.
Hotel was being renovated so that was inconvenient. Hotel should be discounted during renovation. My friend bought 9 tickets to the Louvre at the front desk and they didn't tell her kids 16 and under get in free. The kids were standing with her and 5 of them should have been free. The desk attendant knew she was buying them for the kids. The hotel is very close to the train station and doesn't provide transportation. They offered a taxi for $90 to go about a mile to the train station.
Junior suite we stayed is spacious with unique decoration and staffs are friendly.
The hotel was under renovation during our stay. Bad smell in the lobby and some of the rooms due to the paint. Anyway, this problem shouldn't exist after renovation is done. The lift gave me a 'shock' each time it stop.
The location is Ok.
Wifi is so so so slow.
Nothing about it was nice
Room smell of paint and bed is soft and saggy. Bad hotel
Very poor and small room hotel is in renovation and lost of noice early morning lobby is old and ugly pics on booking.com do not represent real status
It's been over a month and the credit card I used to book still hasn't been refunded. The credit card got charged twice as well
Nice location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with good facilities. We are quite happy with the stay.
The internet kept on dropping.
Nice front desk staff
Slow response time on an easy to resolve issue. Facilities were under refurbishment which I was not advised. This made my stay uncomfortable
The location is verry good, the metro station is near by.The hotel is in a renovation process,so it will be better. Now is ok
The motif that I gave only fair to the staff is because of the skiny young blond recepcionist, who tried to fool us with a superior room than what we have reserved for,at the same price he said, room which appear to be blind, windows covered with paper because of the renovation work. That was ugly and we felt discriminated. The situation was restored by another recepcionist verry nice, who give us a verry nice room.So be carefull..
Location, new design, comfortable room. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
Slow Wifi (4th floor).
The desk staff were great and most obliging.
Wifi was very slow Should be more than one lift too slow during busy periods
good location, room was fine
hotel was under restoration so rather dismal
Breakfast tasted good.
The hotel was under complete renovation, our veranda was caked in inches of dust and dirt from works going on outside and we couldn't open the windows. There were construction workers constantly walking by our window along the scaffolding so we couldn't open the curtain. We had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, which meant no fresh light. The hallways smelled of fresh paint which is terrible for an asthmatic like myself, there were no signs up for emergency exits or for the lift. There we people working on the hallways and next door rooms, so constant banging, drilling, stapling, hammering, it was a terrible stay. This hotel is under complete renovation and should not be open for bookings.
The staff was really nice and helpful! We enjoy it!
The location is good.
The hotel is under refurbishment. No carpets on the corredor, walls to be painted, builders working with guest. Lots of dust and noise. I don't recommend the hotel for anybody. Staff said that if they advice the guest about the refurbishment nobody will go. That's it! Beakfast is poor and bread can finish before breakfast ends . If you eat lucky you, if you don't they are sorry.
