フロントの対応は、よかった。 地下鉄の駅も近く便利だった。 部屋は、スィートの割には、ホテルの裏面で、悪かった。また、掃除のチップが取られているのに、部屋の掃除- ができてなかった。誰かが部屋に入り、チップだけを持っていかれたようで、気持ち悪かった

This is overrated as a 4-star hotel. We stayed in the superior room paying an average Euro 245 per night with no breakfast. The room is too small for a superior room . It is the same size of a standard room in a 3-star hotel in the same area I stayed in before. There was no coffee machine nor electric kettle , cups nor glass for drinking water in the the room. We had been staying in other 3-star hotel in the same area and they had these facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful.

LOcation, LOcation, Location I thought I had donr the smart thing by going for the "bigger" superior room. What a joke everything is fin considering its paris but the size of the room was a joke. Hotel very good in all other respects.

Location is great; very comfortable room; friendly and helpfull staff; Nice decoration of room and public areas. Like all hotels in Paris are expensive, so is Jules, but it's a good value for money.

Very clean. The park place is near. The hotel staffs are very friendly and they can speak English. The kye for bath room was broken.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped me planning my weekend stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the main street, a peak to the Eiffel tower that set the mood into the Parisian life. It is very conveniently located, very close to The North Train station, a block away from the subway. 15 mins walk to The Opera area, 20 min walk to the Mouline Roucge Area. Very comfortable and great value for the price. Similar to 2 star hotel in more noise streets, for a 4 stars hotel! Breakfast buffet and cocktails at the little cozy bar were a plus.

Location, hotel pictures on booking com, hotel style. My room was very near by elevator, I wasn't sleep all night. Small hools, you would hear all other gests in hotel!

Friendliness of the staff. Rooms were fine and spacioux (at least when compared to other hotels in Paris). Breakfast is fine. No facilities. No fresh orange juice for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Limited free television stations to view. Everywhere else we stayed in France were were able to see at least cnn.

Great location in the 9th District, easy walk to three Metro lines and close to Gare du Nord. Rooms are extra small and wifi internet (even though free) is very slow and very limited technologically. This hotel is a great place if you just want to sleep after a long day of meetings and shower the next morning...more than that, the hotel begins to show it's limitations very quickly.
