Doskonałe położenie - bliskość metra i galerii handlowych. W pobliżu duża ilość restauracji o zróżnicowanych cenach. Kompetentna i miła obsługa. Czysto w pokojach i na korytarzach. Dobry zestaw śniadaniowy.Hotel dla osób pragnących zwiedzać Paryż samodzielnie. W weekend tłok w malutkiej sali śniadaniowej - ale to raczej normalne w Paryżu w tego typu hotelach i zbytnio nie przeszkadza. Brak w recepcji reklamowych materiałów informacyjnych o Paryżu (np. jest to typowe dla Nowego Yorku) |

Its clean horel, close to galary lafayette arround 7 min walking . The sweet is nice and comfortable but the room is not. They do not have tourist program or brochures about paris .there is no iron and iron table even in the sweet. |

Extremely helpful staff and good service. Nice decoration and very convinient location to explore the city. Can highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was modest compered to the standard of the hotel. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and put us in a very nice room once they located our booking which had for some reason not been recorded.It gave us a fright at first as this was the first hotel we booked using ths website but it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved Hotel is very central and a short walk to the nearest Metro. TV was in an ackward position to view.Shower a little small.Breakfast room small and very busy at times |

I found the service there to be wonderful and the rooms are clean. It's located within walking distance form the MTR (subway) station. Hotel room was fine, apart from the fact that traffic noise and guests in the next room could be heard. |

The shower was really powerful which was great after a long day. The breakfast was also great; a wide selection and never 'chaotic' as other reviews have described it. There is a really great street, Rue des Martyrs, nearby which is full of fromageries, boulangeries, patisseries etc and certainly added to us both putting on a few pounds! The hotel is in a great location. The room was a little small but having stayed in other Paris hotels I know to expect this. |

Our overall impression was good because of the location and eye-catching design of the facilities. The hotel staff were really nice and helping, which makes a difference in Paris. Breakfast was good and abundant. Exterior rooms on the 4th floor are totally quiet in busy La Fayette street. Superior double room looked similar to any double room in Paris: a bit small. The beauty kit includes only a bar of soap, shower gel and shampoo. If you need something else (i.e. shaving / dental kit) reception can provide, but it seems like a 4* hotel should offer this as a standard. Note that check-in is from 15h onwards and check-out should be at 12h, but there's some flexibility on this. |

The staff were very friendly and answered any "tourist" questions we had. Rooms were nicely decorated. Hotel is very close to a metro station which was very convenient and one day we walked to the Louvre which at a very easy pace only took about a half hour so great location. Very minor--the scrambled eggs in the morning were very runny. That's it! |

The staff were very helpful and their recommendations for restaurants were top notch. They were always pleasant and the breakfast waiter couldn't do enough for us, he was superb. The breakfasts were great, better than most Paris hotels I've stayed in. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Can't think of anything! |

The rooms were trendy and comfortable and the staff was always helpful. I enjoyed my stay there immensely!!!!! The only gripe I have is that the water temperature in the shower changed regularly and without warning. |
