Comfortable beds and clean room with excellent shower

No lifts and had to go up two flights of stairs to reception which proved difficult with myelderly father

good location for station & centre. Good views from room. comfortable bed.staff provided extra pillow when asked & provided internet cable as wifi didn't reach 3rd floor.Clean & modern design.Handy for metro & restaurants. 7/10

only sliding door on bathroom - no privacy! all those stairs (on 3rd floor) wifi didn't reach 3rd floor. bed although comfy was a bit too big for room - hard to get round one side of it due to desk. no lights on in entrance lobby at night.

Excellent location (within 100m to Rihour, restaurants, bars, metro, shopping streets and malls, bakery, groceries), big room (privelege double), very good bed, view over shopping street, definitly worth two stars, but not three (no facilities)

more pillows needed, (single) bathroom light isn't positioned well enough for doing make-up

Very handy for station, and town centre; staff obliging and friendly (let us leave our luggage when we returned there after finding Eurostar delay for 3 hours)

Sliding toilet door was a bit loose

good bathroom - excellent shower; helpful staff - requested additional linen - immediately supplied; able to leave luggage all day on day of departure. central location was just right.

Somewhat strange colour scheme in rooms - very bare - no pictures on the walls.

More than one pillow per person would be so much better. The pillows we were given (one each) were quite flat so two pillows per person would have been nice.

Excellent location! Very Clean and designed bathroom. Would like to stay again!

There are no hand towel. At least one Hand Towel is defenetely needed!!

Good situation in the town, close to everything. Helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant room, nicely appointed.

The location of the hotel was excellent and everthing was in easy walking distance.

Closeness to the Grand Place. Also can walk to Eurolille in less than 10 minutes

Room needs a full lenght mirror and a small dustbin. There is no lift, so if you are elderly this may not be a place for you.
