Guys on reception were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is too far from the tgv train station. We got lost few times, so we did not stay at this hotel.

Location and the gentleman on duty was quite polite.

Very run down, if not exactly dirty. Couldn't swing a cat in the room, or even a small rat in the bathroom.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. After reading reviews we thought people were being dramatic and thought it would do for one night but I'm sure one of the main points for staying at a hotel is sleeping, and we got none. As two girls arriving at a hotel with no lift we maybe expected the young men to offer at least one of us a hand even up the first flight as he was following us up the stairs, but no. Rude staff. The area you can use for making drinks or food is disgusting with old bits of food in the draws. The wifi does not work. There was mould in the shower. The room smelt sour. Staying on a bench would have been nicer. Don't go here.

Excellent location , right in the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic but perfectly servicable rooms, nice communal terrace to sit out on in the evening. Room had tv and air con and the hotel had free wi fi.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. From other reviews it's easy to get the impression that it's not particularly nice but for the price it's absolutely fine. If it's five star facilities you're after i'd say this isn't the place for you but if you're after somewhere basic and clean to lay your head down a short walk from the centre of town then this is great value for money.

The hotel is very conveniently located just off the Place Comedie in the City Centre. It is not a luxury hotel and is very basic but just right for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and I had no problems.

I was most upset to arrive at hotel to find they did not have a room. Some mistake as I had a print out of confirmation from you in my hand. They did have a room for the other booking. The room was filthy run down and basic to say the least.It was four levels up no lift no one carried luggage. I will be taking this further.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have been to. Stinking carpets and a dirty thin blanket instead of a duvet. I did not change it beacause I couldnt find other places. Most staff did not speak English and was reluctant/unhelpful when I wanted to change one detail in the invoice. Najbardziej brudny hotel w którym byłem w życiu, nora! Obsługa nie zna angielskiego. Przeżyłem 6 dni bo nie znalazłem innego wolnego hotelu w centrum.

el cuarto de baño era muy pequeño y el no haber mantas el primer día aunque luego les pedimos mantas y nos dieron un calefactor en forma de radiador con el que casi teniamos calor

Un vieux sandwich sec et à moitié mangé oublié par terre dans la chambre ! la chaudière étant en panne : absence d'eau chaude ... j'imagine problème exceptionnel pour lequel le petit-déjeuner m'a été offert.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel et il y a une bagagerie (c'est gratuit)

L'état du couvre-lit (tâché : du noir au blanc et troué par endroit), la vétusté de la chambre : la tringle à rideaux, prête à vous assommer si vous tirez trop fort, le loquet de la porte de la salle de bain (lui aussi prêt à tomber), la porte de la penderie qui ne ferme pas et qui grince... Par contre les draps du lit étaient propres (j'ai vérifié 2 fois, de la tête au pied ))))

La gentillesse du personnel et leur aide precieuse pour régler les problèmes. Tous très disponibles et à l'écoute. Un hôtel très sympa à conseiller à ceux qui ont un petit budget et qui veulent être en plein ville et manger au alontours sans trop se ruiner. Et pour les anglophones l'anglais est bien parlé.

Rien . La situation géographique n'est même pas appréciable vu les difficultés de circulation dans Montpellier.

Propreté, caractère étroit de la chambre, lit bas et inconfortable, salle d'eau-WC a peine accessible vu l' exiguïté, moquette des chambres, des escaliers et couloirs très usagée. A rénover d'urgence !

Unfreundlich, man musste Schlüssel abgeben, aus checken muss man schon um 11 Uhr, obwohl an der Tür steht 11.45, sehr kalt...

Chambres petites, escalier étroit sans ascenseur, couloir étroit

Beaucoup trop chère pour la prestation fournie. L'état des chambres et la propreté laissent à désirer, (Porte de la chambre en mauvais état - impossible de se tenir dans la salle de bains devant le lavabo sans ouvrir la porte - il faut attendre au moins 10 minute pour avoir de l'eau chaude - le pommeau de douche était cassé etc....)
