Nice balcony view to watch the sunset. Nice pool
You can see it's been updated but still in need of more refurbishment
friendly staff great swimming pool with a fantastic view
wifi wasn't working at all in the rooms and was very poor at the reception (where it was supposed to work perfectly)
The staff was friendly, but not too much. The location and the view from the hotel are nice. The pool can be useful, when there are high waves. We also enjoyed the AC.
The beds were very uncomfortable - maybe more than 20 years old. The floor was never clean. There were too little plugs in the room, WIFI was extreemly slow all the time - 100 kbps. Breakfast is expensive for what they offer. Not enough parking spots at hotel...
I think that the kind Malgache staff is not well treated by the managers. The staff is extrimely cortuous but their condition of leaving is quite poor. It's a pity not to acknowledge the staff service and to keep them in rooms that are not decent at all.
Very well English speaking receptionist; free parking lot inside the hotel area; very nice swimming-pool; a good location and an affordable price
Very bad orientation inside the hotel interiors due to its segmentation and no wifi connection in the rooms located far (hotel´s upper tract) from the reception
+The view from the balcony + The location near the sea + The staff at the reception (that could speak good English).
-too strong scent from perfume in the bed spreads, towels and from their cleaning agent.
Great location, nice swimming pool, great view, close to the port, good value, private parking onsite, you can hear live music from the port however it can disturbing for some.
Breakfast not included, WiFi access required for each device you use, easy to lock yourself out on the balcony so beware as hotel pesonell may not be in the reception to assist you. Bathroom would require renovation.
awesome view from the balcony, english speaking stuff, very in the centrum, nice pool and parking spots just in front of the building.
breakfast was poor and bad organized. Not worth 9 EUR. The hotel rooms realy need renovation! Furnitures were new and nice but everything else was very poor.
swimming pool - fantastic views room itself lovely
room at the back with no balcony and views over car park was a disappointment - hadn't realised on booking No attempt to get us checked in earlier despite dreadful weather.
The location, the swiming pool, with great views
Fantastic mattresses, Olivier was very helpful, WiFi actually worked, good parking'.
Porto is too touristic for me...but that has nothing to do with the hotel. No copmplaints there.
superb views and private balcony. Lovely pool
Lack of lifts from the street level and no bar!
Yet another stunning view to wake up to from the Kalliste balcony. Spot on,.
Our stay in Porto was absolutely perfect, and the hotel was awsome. Walking distance to the sea, parking space, wifi, excellent staff, extremely friendly and kind. (they have waited for us to arrive until 10PM, instead of 8 PM) We got an awsome room with a balcony, and the view was splendide ( mountain and sea ) We will be back for sure.
Wifi a bit slow, but nothing bad.
View from the balcony was fantastic!
Worn out hotel, not even close to three Star quality
Convenient situation near beach. Room large with lovely view. Nice swimming pool with excellent view.
Car park small without proper signage. Hotel staff gave inadequate directions to it.
Cleanliness. View from our room. Location of our room. Quiet room.
Room was a little basic. Very clean, but basic.
Magnificent view from the balcony, you can see the sea, the nearby hills, the watchtower and the town of Porto and last but not least the sunset :) The view from the hotel's swimming pool is also nice.
Parking is not solved properly. There are two parking places, the first one is in front of the hotel it is ok but always full. The second is behind the hotel but i not reccomend that one because the road leading up there is very narrow and steep. There is a better option for parking, but you only get this information, if the other 2 is full. There is a road leading towards the swimming pool on which one can easily park, you must open a gate to reach it but you don't need a key for it.
Breakfast: no savory items included or consideration for lactose intolerant people
Very peasant hotel, good location, amazing view from the room with a sea view balcony, very nice staff which was very helpful to sort the problems that we had (unconnected with the hotel itself). Really great value for money.
A small, but pleasant walk to the beach is fine for those who are fit to walk up and down the hill and stairs but may be problematic for some others. Porto itself is quite difficult to access to: very rare buses and for those with a car a narrow mountain road but with wonderful view.
Nice location in Porto and the a/c actually worked which isn't always the case in some places. Room was spacious.
Although the room was spacious it was a wonky addition on to the back of the building, we felt a little like we were in a dark closet. The reception staff was generally unhelpful and getting information was difficult. Parking was also an issue. It says that parking is available onsite and no reservation is needed, however it was full and we had to pay for parking in town. And don't count on the wifi and it is most definitely not available in all areas (you could get it in the lobby). It was fine in the end but I would have preferred to take my money elsewhere.
The location is stunning. The balconies are very nice. The swimming pool has an amazing view of the surrounding mountains.
The hotel is a little dated and sterile with only white paint. Parking can be tight, but that can be expected given the location.
The swimming pool was great, the terrace lovely and air conditioning was needed.
It would be nice to have a fridge in the room, and to have a shower hook on the wall so that you don't need to hold the head above your head while showering.
great view, great location, great staff. wonderful
no fridge in the room
