Very nice welcome at the best place where to relax after a business trip

The weather, but the cold outside temperature was widely compensated by the warm inside environment

It lacks a restaurant

Excellent service, large bathroom, nice pool and balcony, good breakfast,

Too hot during night (no a/c), noise from road, surroundings not very interesting

We stayed for the third time at Kanzel residence and suites. And this time again,we liked everything, the glass of crémant at our arrival, our suite ( we got an upgrade ! ) but especially the shuttle service to the restaurants at night which gives you the opportunity to taste the good Alsatian wines! And last but not least we liked the friendliness of the staff!

On arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The staff was welcoming and throughout our stay exceeded our expectations. We were offered late checkout, driven to and from a 3 Michelin starred restaurant 20 mins each way from Kanzel. The restaurant recommendations were very good especially the local auberge bouc bleu which was a 5 minute walk. The breakfasts were very good. The views of small hamlets and villages dotted throughout the valley...the ambience and the setting among the vineyards was quiet and pristine. This bucolic location was great as a base to explore the many small villages and visiting the wineries

The exterior and the grounds and good sized pool and location were good. The interior decor and the finishing was dated and a little tired but adequate.

The Kanzel is an amazing hotel, in a perfect vineyard setting with views to the Vosges. We were traveling as a six person group - grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. The accommodations were incredibly spacious, comfortable, clean, and elegant. The courtyard is just lovely for sipping wine or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. The pool and adjoining field offer nice recreational spaces for children. The staff was gracious and friendly and spoke perfect English and German. Upon checkout they handed us a complimentary bottle of cremant d'Alscace, having overheard that we were celebrating a birthday. We hope we can return some day!

Accueil chaleureux, chambre très spacieuse, vue sur les vignes, service de navette gratuit vers les restaurants en soirée. Vraiment une très très bonne adresse!

S'il fallait vraiment chercher la petite bête on pourrait souhaiter que les stores de la chambre à coucher soient un peu plus occultant afin de ne pas être réveillé par les premiers rayons de soleil.

Freunlicher Empfang, Hilfsbereit und mit Ideen unterstützend. Bei Fragen wurden diese ernst und sofort beantwortet, erledigt. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zentral im Elsas gelegen. Preis/Leistung empfanden wir als sehr gut. Schade dass man im Kanzel nicht Dinnieren kann, doch die Empfehlungen des Hauses waren sehr gut. Jedes Restaurant war hervorragend im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und das Essen war vorzüglich.

chauffage un peu juste petit déjeuner buffet quelconque : peu de spécialités locales, jus industriel : pas très 4* déco du studio : affaire de gout !

Die Anlage ist grosszügig und absolut ruhig. Shuttle Service zum Restaurant und wir wurden spät in der Nacht auch wieder abgeholt. Alles im Preis inbegriffen. Toll. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption.

Es waren auch dieses Jahr wieder tolle Tage. Das Wetter muss man nehmen wie es kommt.

Wir haben eine Woche lang die ausgesprochen schöne Lage inmitten der Weinberge, die sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig ausgestatten Appartements, das für französische Verhältnisse reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet, die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie die Nähe zu den elsässischen bekannten Weinbauorten (Riquewihr in 5 Autominuten erreichbar) sehr genossen.

Wir waren begeistert von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Obwohl wir ein Studio gebucht hatten, bekamen wir zum selben Preis eine wunderschöne, großzügige Suite.

Cudowne połacznie pogranicza Francusko-Niemieckiego w sercu winnic, naturalnie z nutką dominacji Francuskiej co w kuchni I hotelarstwie jest nieocenione. Wielojęzyczny personel, niemiecka dokładność złagodzona francuską uprzejmością. Jednak tak serdeczne przyjęcie - to chyba tylko specyfika Kanzel. Nie obawiajcie się jechać tam z "przyjecielem" - psy są tam naprawdę mile widziene I tez nieźle wypoczywają. W pięknym ogrodzie wśród winnic - "prywatny" basen z wodą podgrzewaną do 28 st. Warto wstać rano I popływać, a po południu troszke poleżeć tam na leżaku z kieliszkiem lokalnego Cremant w dłoni. We wiosce 100-300 m poniżej fantastyczne restauracje - np. Agneau Blanc! Producenci doskonałego wina np." Raymond Renck" (obecnie głównie Pani Renck oferują rewelacyine Pinot Noir w bardzo dostępnej cenie.
