A wonderful experience - (1) we have a 14 month old son who loved the space in the suites, (2) generous breakfast, (3) ideally located just 5 min drive to Riquewihr and 10 mins to Ribeauaville etc. (4) Caroline, the manager, was very friendly and helpful, (5) plenty of parking

We had a very spacious suite/apartment. The children thought it was fantastic! The hotel is located very near Riquwihr which is a lovely village. The Christmas market had just started when we were there (end November) so there was a lovely atmosphere. We also visted Ribeauville and Kayserberg which are also very nice. The hotel staff were very helpful and recommended and booked restaurants for us. They then drove us to the restaurant and picked us up again! Breakfast very good also. We would recommend Kanzel as a really nice place to stay if you want to explore Alsace. The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable.

Central and close to our home in Luxembourg. Well placed, in a beautiful valley, making it easy to visit the fascinating historic towns, vineyards and excellent restaurants in Alsace. Tv not entirely working.

Very good position with lovely views. Comfortable. Very pleasant staff. We had basement suites which were dark and lacked light. They also looked over the noisy road.

The hotel is very beautiful and confortable. Service is great too! We couldn't get internet connection in the both rooms our group stayed at. This was the only thing we dislike as we had to go the reception area to connect.

Thank you for your very kind welcome, lovely clean rooms with such a beautiful view. We had an amazing experience as we saw 2 balloons go past our bedroom window 7.30am on Sunday morning, it looked very excciting! We would love to come again one day! Merci une mille fois! We did have a couple of problems, the shower water was cold and although we tried both the blue and red side it wasn't until one of your guys looked, we found the 2 stickers had been swapped over! Once we knew, and waitied long enough, there was plenty of hot water!The cold showers were probably very good for us! The other problem was that when you use the shower, the weight of the water pulls the shower head down, so I endded up holding it in my hand!

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was nice to be welcomed with a glass of cremant. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant for dinner on site

L' accueil est parfait, on essaie au maximum de vous faire profiter des avantages de la résidence ( navette gratuite, choix du resto, sauna) nous n'aurions pas l'impression de déranger, en réclamant quoi que ce soit. Nous y retournerons Rien

Nous avions réservé un studio 50 m2 équipé et, à notre arrivée, on nous a surclassé dans une magifique suite de 100 m2 car nous étions en saison creuse. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux avec en plus une coupe de crémant d'Alsace, prestations en tout point remarquables, , kitchenette très bien équipée, grande salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec toilettes séparées, excellent petit-déjeuner dans une très belle salle, possibilité d'être conduit gratuitement dans les restaurants des environs par un chauffeur. Très agréable ambiance hameau à proximité immédiate d'un charmant village alsacien. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Le service et l accueil sont très bien, on a le sentiment d être atendu et d être les bienvenus. Les chambres sont d une belle superficie et très confortables. Le buffet petit déjeuner est copieux et avec des produits frais .

Bellissimo e confortevole,in una località davvero suggestiva e rilassante! Abbiamo scelto il periodo natalizio perchè in questa zona la tradizione e il calore di queste feste si vive in modo davvero magico! Se poi si vuole fare un giro a Strasburgo o Colmar,c'è da fare qualche chilometro in più,ma ne vale assolutamente la pena!
