Kanzel Residence Et Suites

Rooms were very comfortable, quiet with great views. While large suites were pricey, the size and amenities in the end made the stay good value. Highly recommended, we will visit again.

Excellent hotel with very spacious rooms, location very close to nice old towns like Riquewire and Ribeauvile. The hotel supplies taxi service to restaurants free of charge and the breakfast in the morning is first class.

Quite calm for the time of the year. Only a few rooms occupied.

The location and views are super. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the care and the constant attention of the staff. Furthermore, the rooms are lovely, each with its decoration theme. The bathrooms are very well appointed. The location is right in the middle of an extensive array of wonderful touristic sites in the vicinity of Colmar. Colmar is also some 15 minutes drive away. Riquewhir is just down the road. Ribeauvillé also.

Charming hotel. We staid in Petites Fleurs-studio and liked it very much,Good location for wine shopping,great restaurants in surrounding area, Riquewihr and other intersting towns nereby. Good value for money. internet hot spot was appreciated.

We staid during off season and found nothing to complain about. Do not know how crowded the hotel gets during summertime and how it affects things.

The location is terrific, witihin walking distance to restaurants/wineries and close to many quaint villages. The staff was always available to answer questions or assist. The hotel also offered evening chaffeur service, which was terrific for us becuase we wanted to have dinner and enjoy the many wines of the region without having to drive. We had a studio-sized room and it was very spacious

If comparing this hotel price to others in the region, I expected it to have additional services, such as a spa, fitness center, etc. However, we have no compliments about our stay. The service was impeccable and the "personal" wine cabinet in the wine cellar is a great idea! Once again, the chauffeur service was also a definite benefit if you want an absolutely hassle-free stay!

Notevoli pulizia, ubicazione; più che discreta la prima colazione (adeguata al livello dell'Hotel) e silenzio. Personale discreto e cortesissimo.

Unica vera lacuna, comume però a parecchi alberghi del nord Europa, la mancanza di persiane o tende scure (quelle presenti erano bianche quasi totalmente trasparenti e quelle a lamelle pure bianche erano inidonee), cosa particolarmente grave nel caso di specie per chi è abituato a dormire al buio come gli italiani poichè la stanza assegnatami è esposta a sud: in giugno la stanza è illumminata a giorno alle 5 del mattino. Consiglio di chiedere una stanza dotata di persiane.

Konzept, raffinierte Zimmerausstatttung (versenkbare Koffer unter dem Bett ohne auszupacvken). Gemütliche Weinstube. Fahrservice. Ruhige Lage des Hotels. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gesamtbeurteilung: "Man fühlt sich ausgesprochen wohl."

Für die Personenwagen (Autos) der Gäste sollte im Innenhof Parkplätze zugewiesen werden, sodass die Bestuhlung etwas mehr zur Geltung kommt.

Schön gelegen, guter Service (Fahrdienst in die umliegenden Dörfer), große, saubere Zimmer, nette Mitarbeiter, toller Blick vom Frühstücksraum aus, Weinkeller (nette Idee)

Schade, dass es keine Bar gibt.
