The frienly and accommodating staff; the fresh bread and the variety at the breakfast buffet; the view from the breakfast lounge; the pool. Really beautigul setting and hotel.
Location Breakfast Big rooms Balcony with a lovely view
The hotel very nice & clean i liket
Location and excelant staff
Very nice location between the vineyards with an incredible view. Close to historical city Riquewihr. Swimming pool and sauna is nice, parking inside. Breakfast was very good, wi-fi was ok.
Only the area with the swimming pool - there is not much intimity. But the pool is heated!
The staff is geat , rooms are big, just perfect for us traveling in a classic Car,to have a garage. Caroline is super !
No AC !
The owner was super; extremely friendly and helpful. The size of the suites is superb, with plenty of space to relax. Our rooms had lovely views over the surrounding countryside. We wish we had booked to stay longer.
A small niggle was the lack of wifi in the rooms although it was available in the common areas and this did not detract from the stay.
The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent; fresh, well cooked and brilliant selection. The way it is run saves this hotel from being a poor experience.
Facilities are tired and dated, worst of the 80's interior decorating which is such a shame as the location and courtyard ambiance is great. It is quite expensive given this.
service and friendliness of the staff, location, big room/appartment, good breakfast buffet
bedroom was too much light
Location is great as all the cute villages and towns are in a 2-4 km distance. The hotel is beautifully situated surrounded by vineyards. Breakfast was very, very good, rooms were spacious. Caroline is a great host, very helpful and she will recommend great restaurants.
Only one thing - the bed was really hard. If you are not used to sleeping on an extremely hard bed, it will probably be very uncomfortable for you.
Location was ideal for touring Colmar and neighboring Alsatian towns. Staff was friendly and helpful. (Please try the village restaurant the Agneau Blanc!) Breakfast was ample and provided a great sampling of the Alsatian specialties--even foie gras!
Very minor things, but would have like free WiFi in the rooms, not just the lobby. Also, we would have liked a full-size queen bed, not two twins joined together
Very thing is excellent
The staff could not have been more genuinely friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful with excellent views, yet close to the wine road, and access to other towns. The 3 days here were the best stop on our trip to France.
Nothing to not like.
Large and bright rooms. Very nice breakfast.
Incredibly friendly and welcoming. You will feel like home. Excellent restaurant recommendations and a shuttle bus to get you to dinner and back every evening. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back.
The hotel is in a beautiful position surrounded by vineyards and close to the villages along the wine route. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were lovely and the swimming pool and garden areas all well maintained and cared for.
