Old hotel, old forniture, no insonorisation, no climatisation, no minibar, uncorfortable bed, smell of piss, the men at reception very umpolite. Is not a 3 star hotel a lor a of one star hotel Are better!if u see that hotel go away !

Nice services, clean room.

Trafic larm from outside was very terrible,we could not sleep good at the room 312. I wrote in mine request form on booking .com( need a room without trafic larm).. But they not mencen that at all, when a check in on hotel.

The location is very nice, close to old Nice and to the beach. The hotel equipment is modern and correctly working (E.G. Air conditionning).

Room and bathroom are much too small (may be other rooms are larger). Breakfast is really insufficient : it is hardly a continental breakfast ; bread is not good ; butter is not good.

the location was great for accessing sea-front, the old town, buses & shops. within walking distance of train station.

Location is the only positive about this hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. On arrival, we met with the rudest receptionist who grunted at us and demanded we pay up front. I requested that I please see the room first, he actually threw his eyes up to heaven at me and threw my partner the keys. After seeing the room I immediately wished I could leave, I've stayed €20 a night hostels that were better than this hotel, but this place was €110 per night! Very basic, with one very loud plug in fan that will keep you awake all night. But unfortunately being late June, this seemed to be the only hotel in Nice with rooms available, now I know why, please avoid at all costs!!

Nice location, close to the beach and the old town. The staff was very helpful giveing direction and recomandationts fo things to do while in Nice. Clean rooms, fresh towels every day.

A little noisy sometimes. At night the heater in the room couldn't fully cope with the low temperatures outside, had to use a second cover. The design of the hotel and rooms needs updating.

The location is perfect, very close to the old city. And the price is fair for such a location.

Very little. The location is very good but the hotel facilities are very modest and quite oldfashioned (not in an interesting way).

No ac in the bedroom.....very uncomfortable. We requested a quiet room in the booking but this went unnoticed by the receptionist on arrival. She kept reminding me that we were in the city centre, something which hardly need explanation as that was the principal reason for the selection of the hotel in the first place. I have been in many hotels in the centre of Nice in the past and none was as noisy as this one.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful

There was a Scaffold outside our window where any one cold just climb up making us feel uncomfortable leaving the window open at night. That was terrible since it was the middle of august and very very hot. Also the a/c is a very old fan that blows hot air

Very good location, close to old town and the beach

It is very noisy. The window cannot stay open, as there is huge noice comming from the traffic. Airconditioning is missing there.

Gold location. Friendly staff.

The room was extremely small and the bathroom a disgrace, with cheap amenities.definitely not a place to recommend, way too expensive for what you get.
