The best thing about this hotel is its location right in the middle pf the city. The hotel staff was not so friendly. I could not enter the room until 14.00 although i arrived there early morning. It is an old building. It was a very big difference between the room rates that i got from booking.com and the rates they had in the hotel. |

Excellent location very close to the Old Town, the sea and the harbour. Very helpful staff. Having booked 3 rooms for 3 people, one single and 2 doubles we turned up to find a double bed in the single room and 2 singles in each double room. This was not what we wanted - the single room should have had a single bed and the doubles double beds as I did not ask for "twin" rooms. |

Staff were friendly. The bathroom was nice.Great location. The a/c was useless and noisy. There was a rotten smell in the room. The walls were paper thin between rooms. You have to buzz every time you want to be left in the hotel.2 single beds pushed together instead of a double. And finally I'd question how can this hotel be called a 3* hotel?!? |

Location is absolutely perfect. It is really in the heart of Nice :) nice staff, elevator (if you've got heavy luggage) A/C in the room was very loud, meaning when you want to talk you have to swich it on lower intensity, when to sleep - swich it off. Otherwise evrything else - simply great :) |

The hotel was very conveniently located. The hotel description showed Air Conditioning, however the room we were put in did not have it. I asked to me moved to another room with A/C but there were none available until the following day and there was a charge for A/C of €15 per day. We were eventually, in our absence moved to another room however the A/C did not work! After a couple of hours and the efforts of about six staff it came to l |

The staff. Excellent friendly, funny staff. It was a kip. The worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Filthy, smelly room, bed bugs, stains........horrible. The pictures in the brochure and site must b of a differant hotel, its a dive. We asked for a non smoking room and got one but it still smelt of smoke and there was an ashtray in it. The paint was peeling off the walls. The walls were dirty, stain on the roof, stains on the carpet, terrible bed |
