Fantastic location for price. Ask for the room with the Balcony. Staff very friendly, despite occasional misunderstanding with languages. Basic amenities, all you need if you are out all day.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The price is correct and the location is very good, right in the center, few minutes to the bus station to airport, Cannes or Monaco.

Small things like: in the bathroom was a light smell of urine and the toilet cover was permanently fallen (both parts!) and the reception doesn't solve my complaint with the help of a tehnician.

Friendly staff, really easy to find and very convenient for the centre of town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, it was located on a quiet street.

The ensuite bathroom was extremely small making it very difficult to use.

The location is perfect, very close to the old city. And the price is fair for such a location.

Very little. The location is very good but the hotel facilities are very modest and quite oldfashioned (not in an interesting way).

No ac in the bedroom.....very uncomfortable. We requested a quiet room in the booking but this went unnoticed by the receptionist on arrival. She kept reminding me that we were in the city centre, something which hardly need explanation as that was the principal reason for the selection of the hotel in the first place. I have been in many hotels in the centre of Nice in the past and none was as noisy as this one.

Bathroom really tiny: ok for one night, but would reconsider for longer stays: it's really cramped.Air-conditioning very noisy.

We had to pay before we even stayed, which made me wonder what was going to go wrong. Of course we had to switch rooms due to a leak in the plumbing. The room they moved us to had no air conditioning. We were not offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Breakfast would have been nice. They did offer us to move again the next day, but who wants to book for three days and move each day? Not me.....

Really good location in the center, easy to get from the airport by bus and after by walk for 5 minutes, very good cleaning of the room

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. On arrival, we met with the rudest receptionist who grunted at us and demanded we pay up front. I requested that I please see the room first, he actually threw his eyes up to heaven at me and threw my partner the keys. After seeing the room I immediately wished I could leave, I've stayed €20 a night hostels that were better than this hotel, but this place was €110 per night! Very basic, with one very loud plug in fan that will keep you awake all night. But unfortunately being late June, this seemed to be the only hotel in Nice with rooms available, now I know why, please avoid at all costs!!

This is great value for money hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located near Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, shopping area and charming old city! Location is just excellent! The room was cleaned everyday and queit. Wi-fi in the lobby. My sister and I loved our stay there! Recommend to everyone!

Location near the main street. Loved the antique lift.

The bathroom is as compact as you can get. You cannot sit on the toilet as there is no room for your knees. The shower is minute. Rather over-priced.
