We are by no means world travlers. This was our trip overseas, and we had very high expectations. Our flight landed at 5:00 A.M., and the staff graciously allowed us to check into our room when we arrived at 6:30 A.M. They certainly did not have to do that for us. The staff is very kind and polite. Everything is neat and clean. Spotless and quite fancy. A few blocks from Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, and the Metro. Fantasitc buffet for breakfast with very helpful staff. They really aim to please here. I would highly recommend to my friends!

Hotel Keppler is an upscale boutique hotel in the Champs Elysses District and is close to cafes, shopping, key landmarks (Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower) and is walking distance to most attractions. The staff is very accommodating and it is a beautiful facility on a very quiet street. The only cons...no in-room coffee maker, very limited gym, very pricey high calorie/carb on-site breakfast...but would stay here again!!

Hotel Keppler is a boutique hotel. The bedrooms are small but have been beautifully decorated and furnished, as has the rest of the hotel. The staff were excellent and gave us great advice about where to go to eat and also assisted us with getting tickets for the Louvre. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay at Hotel Keppler again.

It’s a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and a very friendly and good service in a quiet street. We put our empty travelling trunks on top of the wardrobe. Not a good idea as it was full of dust and our suitcases were very dirty afterwards. The rest of the room was absolutely very clean. The sauna is not always accessible. During spa treatments this area is closed. During busy seasons you might have to cue in order to have breakfast; the area unfortunately is too small to seat everybody.

Reasonable size executive rooms for city centre hotel. Very well decorated and furnished. Very clean. Very quiet. Room not turned down on the second night. Water left by the bed on the first night. When I requested on the second night, assuming that it was missing because the turn down service had not been in, I was told that it was only a "gift" for the first night - no apology forthcoming for the failure of the turn down service. I pointed out that this seemed incredibly petty for a hotel charging €370 per night. Eventually the night duty staff member gaved me some bottled water from the "staff supplies"! A small, but unnecessary and silly incident which stops this hotel being excellent.

From the moment we walked through the door of the hotel we were delighted with our choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and beautifully decorated. The concierge recommended eating at Le Speakeasy, just a block away, and we enjoyed good food, wine and dancing until 2.00am. The following morning we picked up breakfast at a deli just off Aveneau Marceau, so am unable to comment on the hotel breakfast, but breakfast tea arrived within minutes of ordering. We ate at Lassere on Saturday evening and the hotel ensured that the table was reserved and organised transport. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and the location was quiet but a short stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the Champs Elysees. We would have enjoyed the bar opening a little later than 12, but it didn't spoil our stay.

Attentive staff, great location and cool decor. Also very comfortable beds. The room was rather on the small side, but fine for a weekend break. Some of the bathroom fittings looked a little tired - the handle on one of the taps was cracked - but that is a minor point.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was always warm and professional. The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful architectural design and modern decor. The location near the Champs Elysee was ideal. I would highly recommend it. The room was small, although this was not a major issue as we did not spend that much time in the room. The bed and furnishings were quite comfortable.

Excellent staff, location and design. Very boutique feel, with lovely design touches and styling cues. Small rooms, but functional and very well appointed. Staff very accommodating - one of the most helpful staffs I have ever encountered who go out of thier way to please. Nice breakfast area and inviting sitting rooms in lobby.

The staff were extremely helpful, the location is wonderful and the decoration is also gorgeous too The room was booked at one rate and I made the assumption that this was the rate the room would be booked and paid for at. Until we checked out and the room ended up costing 100 euros more which was very annoying and upsetting

The hotel was fabulous. Everything surpassed my expectations, from the decor to the excellent staff, location and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel was quite small but I found this preferable to the bigger hotels whereby you're indistinguishable from the hundreds of other guests. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff incredibly helpful. Nice little touches in the rooms that made it feel like a special stay. Would definitely stay here again on a next trip to Paris. The only minor point is that the rooms were small and the views were of the internal walls. However, taking everything else into consideration this really didn't have any impact on my opinion of the hotel as being excellent.
