Hotel Keppler was absolutely lovely, and the staff were most gracious and helpful. I thought the location was good and we enjoyed an excellent meal at a neighborhood cafe at Phillipe's recommendation. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in Europe! |

Everything The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. They will always go that one step further to assist in any way they can. The hotel rooms are small which you have to expect in Paris but they are gorgeous. I can't recommend it highly enough. |

Not that good since the air condition was out of order and we have to move the room late at night. Rooms are quite small compare to the price with other hotel. Conceiger services are superb and ver services mineded both 2 Asian men. If it is another hotel, they will compliment me wth the upgrade of the room or credit my next stay. |

The helpfulness from the staff concerning booking restaurants and their consideration and general attitude throughout the stay. Also liked the furnishing and ambience of the hotel - very relaxing. |

This is a beautiful hotel. The pictures on their web site are exactly what the rooms and common areas look like. The furnishings were very top of the line and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely knowledgable about everything. All their recommendations were perfect. |

The hotel & room were really well appointed. The staff were friendly (if perhaps a little serious on the front desk) and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was great for seeing the major attractions of Paris. |

This is a class hotel and one of the very best we have ever stayed at all over the world and we take on average 6 trips every year for the last 15 years so if you are going to Paris dont miss this one. Fantastic. |

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The whole ambiance of the hotel and decor was wonderful. Location superb a stones throw from Arc de Triomphe. Staff very helpful and courteous. |

The facility and rooms were very beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bath tub was tight and the shower had a minimal water flow. |

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, from the lobby to the room to the breakfast room. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location is excellent. Not cheap, but you really see what you're paying for. The room was a bit small, but then that's Paris hotels all over. Also, perhaps because it would interfere with the designer look, we had no tea or coffee facilities in the room. All minor quibbles. |

Although the room was quite small, it was beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very small. We only stayed one night, so it was ok. Any longer, it would have been a problem. |
