Everything! The location was absolutely perfect, all shops and restaurants within couple of minutes walk. The owners (who spoke good english) were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a garage to park your car, breakfast for a small charge if you wished, clean, light and comfortable rooms. The town is lovely and close to places of interest in Brittany. The hotel price is excellent - we will definatley stay again!

The people were fantastic, spoke good English, very helpful and pleasant. Parking in a garage about 100m down the road. Good breakfast, the gentleman at the hotel went out and brought me fresh croissants when I came down for breakfast.

The owner Eric and his staff all spoke good english and were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for all of the town amenities and also has secure car parking. Breakfast is very well presented and Eric and his staff our always at hand to help you.

Very quiet Rooms a bit compact but more than adequateThe owner and his wife were particularly welcoming, arranging garaging for the car 150 m away in a lock up ( foc). Also booked us into an excellent restaurant nearby - He got us the last table and on a Monday night there were very few other restaurants open.open. I would certainly visit the hotel again.

Dont be put off by the road. The hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms very well priced for its position. it had the most comfortable beds and pillows of our 8 day tour. It has a swimming pool but not heated. Parking was available in their garage but it is small so be early, otherwise park on the street at low cost. Close to a seaside town with very nice restaurants for dinner. Dont forget that this area is for fish eaters in the main although one of us did not eat fish and had no problem getting salad. Nice shopping centre but very expensive with Euro so strong.

The welcome was great, the owners shared their knowledge of the area, showed an interest in where we had travelled from, were so good humoured.The hotel is central to the old town of St.Brieuc, would love to go again and would highly recommend it to family and friends Liked everything about it!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not well ventilated and smelt and the plug in the wash basin was broken. There were only 2 pillows and one had a rather strange texture on the pillowcase. They did not appear to have any spare but had to take some from an unoccupied room. The breakfast was not very imaginative and the bread products were not very fresh. It was the worst breakfast we had in our week in France. The wardrobe was small and located in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have had a larger lounge area because the rooms are too small and claustrophobic to do anything other than sleep in them.

Situation avantageux pour le centre ville Personnel très accueillant, disponible et serviable Lit très confortable Chambre vers l'intérieur donc pas de bruit Plomberie un peu bruyant Prix du petit déj un peu elevé (mais un bon choix de pains, croissants, céréales etc quand même) Pas toujours facile pour se garer vu proximité centre ville

L'accueil est très sympathique et notre chambre était très au calme. L'hotel est très propre et bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Au lieu d'un petit chauffage électrique, j'aurai aimé une couverture supplémentaire.

Nous avons beaucoup apprecie l'accueil des proprietaires aimable, disponible avec la clientele. Les chambres sont tres bien tenues et la situation en centre ville est apreciable. Le petit dejeuner est copieux. Nous retournerons volonte dans cet hotel.

Bien que situé en centre ville, l'hôtel est dans une rue très calme et sans bruit. Accueil très agréable par le propriétaire qui vous prodigue d'excellents conseils tant au point de vue touristique que gastronomique. Petit déjeuner abondant et varié. Petit bémol, j'ai trouvé la chambre un peu petite. Je suggérerais aussi l'ajout d'une deuxième table de chevet.
