The housing area around KIMI is nice and feels safe with old big houses and gardens around. Kimi Residence area is closed from the street, surraounded by fences, and you get parking free of charge. Also free use of a computer connected to Internet at the lobby-reception was welcome. The little kitchenette was useful, but a microwave oven would have been nice for warming ready foods quickly. The personnel was very nice, helpful and quick if something was needed. Many thanks to them! IKEA quality is not enough in places with heavy use, as hotels etc; the settee (sofa) was uncomfortable and falling apart if you sat on it, and the cover textile has started to break in some corners of it. One bed about 130 cm bread is not enough for two adults, and futon-type hard madras is usually bad solution to the back of senior travelers. These are small things and easy to correct if wanted by the owner. Maybe we found them uncomfortable because we stayed so long time; 5 nights. |

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and well organised and the owners very friendly. It was nice to be away from the hustle of Cannes staying in a villa in its own grounds. The breakfast was ample and at 5 euros very good value. |

We enjoyed our stay here - it is in a nice safe residential area with good parking, around a mile from the centre of Cannes. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially a young gentleman called Jon who was very welcoming and always happy to offer advice. The personal touch and relaxed manner is what we appreciated the most about this place. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We were on a budget on our first trip here, so this was ideal for us in an otherwise expensive city. We did not mind walking, but found car parking alright in the centre of Cannes when we did drive in. Not every room has a balcony - some do, so if this is something you particularly want, you should double check when you book. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need but are "compact" in size. No microwave, but you have a good fridge, kettle and 2 electric hobs etc, so enough to get by. There is no swimming pool, but would recommend swimming in the sea at Cannes! |

The hotel is in a quiet location up in the hill above Cannes; it is a long walk from the waterfront and I'd only recommend for those with a car. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was modern, comfortable and clean. |

Staff were friendly and moderately helpful, and I liked the fact that the hotel had a shuttle service and scooter rental The location of this hotel is terrible - the site says 15 min. Walk from town, but it's more like a 35 min. Walk, with very limited bus services near the hotel. The rooms themselves are very basic - all the furniture is cheap ikea stuff, so not very comfortable. Our room was clean on arrival, but didn't get cleaned every day, which one would expect for 90 Euros a night. Overall, very poor value for money and I definitely won't be staying here again. |

Quiet location. Very nice people running the hotel. All our wishes were fulfilled immediately. Renovated, with taste furnished rooms. Convenient parking. Equipped kitchen. Not ideally clean floor in the room. |

In a safe and secure environment. Nice bright and airy room with kitchen area. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Photographs on Booking.com show you just what its like. Very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here. Quite difficult to find in a car and a longer walk to the sea than we thought. Take a street map with you (we forgot to) |

I cannot say enough about this place and the staff, its an excellant place to stay, great price and so clean, had everything in the kitchen as well. 20min walk to the harbour, spar shop nearby to stock up. If I go back to Cannes for a few days I would stay here it has all you need and less cost ! |

Friendly hotel staff offering most of the services themselves. Car parking and facilities in the hotel room, like kitchenette and extra bed. Design of the hotel room, familiar Scandinavian IKEA :) Atmosphere of the area: quiet street, nice gardens. Airport transfer availability. High speed WiFi |

the hotel staff, Jamie and Sue were fantastic in tending to all our needs. Room had great balcony where we could relax in the evening (as we have a 7month old daughter). Facilities were perfect, everything we needed and probably the only place in Cannes we did not struggle for parking.. |

Entirely renovated in 2008, the Azur Cannes Le Romanesque is in the Carré d'Or district, in central Cannes, and offers direct access to the Promenade de la Croisette and beaches. |
Close to restaurants and cafés, 250 m from the railway station, surrounded by pedestrian and shopping streets, this hotel is situated a short stroll from the Palais des Festivals. |
Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, near the train station, this little hotel welcomes you just few steps from the Palais des Festivals. |
