The rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms are big enough. Quiet position. Parking available!! wi-fi is free. Our groop of four people was very satisfied with this villa-hotel. It's better to have a car to move around, hotel is about 2 km from the center of Cannes

an excellent boutique hotel. the most great staff very clean. there is no elevator but it doesn't matter. very good value for the money/

Very Good and staff kind but prices of taxi to the centre doubled the price of our stay. Taxi drivers seem to make up there own price. the staff at Kimi should consider putting on a full shuttle service.

A nice and comfortable residence hotel. Fair prices, good location (with parking), wi-fi. We came for one night, but stayed one more.

The residence was very well organised, rooms were clean and with all facilities, large parking. A bit outside the city center but at 20 min walking distance and very well connected with city buses.

The atmosphere of the room, the little kitchen inside the bedroom with fridge and freezer, and the parking outside (available at night with password) Very comfortable.

The room was small. We didnt have much space to move in the room when we have 2 luggages. The room just very simple. No feel for relaxing. But it cost euro120 was too much. The reception and the bar is small. Not as shown on the website photos. They put the laundry clothes in the lobby...seemed like a hostel. But the cost is a hotel price. It's quite far away from the city. Impossible to get there without cars.

Quiet location and only a 25 minute walk from the Croisette in Cannes. Ample and secure parking.

Хорошее соотношение "цена-качество". Наличие кухни с необходимым количеством посуды очень спасало от лишних трат в довольно дорогих Каннах. Приятный дворик, недалеко до набережной и др. достопримечательностей Канн.

Занавесок на окнах не хватало

Comodi monolocali a Super Cannes a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro. Gestori islandesi molto cortesi e disponibili. Posteggio gratuito nel cortile interno. Il costo a notte e' fantastico!
