Kube Hotel  

I'd like to mention excellent location, design & nice sea view. Free charter during all stay is also very comfortable.

But there are several things that I really did not like, which doesn't match with the price of the room & hotel class: no room cleaning & change of linen & towels on the next after our arrival, no iron in the room, CD-player & bathroom door lock did not work during all our stay (promised to fix), several times we were trying to call to the reception from the city for charter, but nobody answered. And the last thing that was really diappointing was a rude mistake of a manager on a reception desk at the time of our check out, who was trying to charge us 5 nigts instead of 4, that we really stayed in hotel & also couple cheques with fake signatures! That was really disappointing. Mistake was more than 1000 euro!

they have taxi scam by calling taxi and pre-arrange the cost of the transportation. A less than 8 minutes taxi ride is 50 to 60 euro. When I ask the taxi driver why the taxi charge randomly, they told me that the taxi company has arrange the price with the hotel.

Kube was amazing. Me and a friend (both 30) stayed there in early July. The staff was impeccable and very attentive. The ice bar was great and great value. The art work was fantastic, it was very very clean, the drinks were great etc. Can't say a negative thing!

The only thing possibly is that it's slightly further from the city but they provide a free shuttle to the city so it's not that big a deal that literally takes 5-8 minutes to get to the city and the pool is not on a beach. But those were very minor factors to us.

When we got to the hotel they didn`t have the information regarding our reservation but gave as a upgrade just to compansate the issue.

Whilst the design was modern and to some extent original too many aspects were not practical - particularly in the bathroom!

The offering of the restaurant was an embarrassment when we were entertaining guests for brunch. Many of the items on the menu were not offered and those that were were either over cooked and too cold. The restaurant experience and in practicality of several aspects in the hotel have put us off the kube proposition.

Conception générale. Design, ambiance jeune et décontractée, confort.

La parfaite non-fonctionnabilité de la salle de bain (au look très original en l'occurrence): absence de barres de lavabo ou de crochets pour les linges placés hors de portée des mains, absence de tablette ou de rebord pour déposer les effets personnels (trousse de toilette, flacons, etc,), tout doit être déposé au sol, douche (sans placet, aux manettes malpositionnées) qui inonde tout le passage. Le 22.09.11, chambre pas faite à 15h30! Restaurant insuffisant, limité à la carte du service en chambre. Pour toutes ces raisons, tarif surfait, ce qui me pousse à ne pas recommander cet hôtel à mes connaissances. Voir ci- dessous. (Dommage!)

Sejourné 2 nuit dans cet hotel, restaurant fermè, ice bar fermè, pas de spa et pas de piscine chauffè, bref hotel nul hors saison car pas d effort de la part de la direction, je pense que la meilleur chose a faire pour un hotel 4 etoiles, ce de contacter le client avant son sejour pour lui prevenir que toutes les activitè proposè sont fermè, car lorsque le client arrive a 20h30 et ne sait pas quoi manger, ce assez grave dans un hotel 4 etoilles, assez decu de l'hotel ainsi que booking.fr

Le concept

De congierge was geweldig!

ztwee keer gewisseld van kamer Te kille sfeer, men probeert modern uit te stralen maar dit heeft zich vertaald in kilheid en sterilteit. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel laat te wensen over (arrogant). Ontbijt is onevenredig duur. De prijzen in de bar zijn waanzinnig hoog. De algehele afwerking van het hotel is bedroevend slecht. Het betreft een voormalig ziekenhuis en dit is te proeven in de sfeer. In alle kamers hangt een nare vochtige geur.

Tout y est parfait, presque rien à redire au niveau de l'essentiel : l'accueil et la qualité exceptionnelle des chambres !

Impossible de se connecter au WiFi, pourtant annoncé comme ouvert et gratuit ! Le petit-déjeuné ne valait pas son prix : les Sofitels proposent mieux pour un tarif légèrement inférieur. C'est dommage.
