Location of the hotel was great and the hotel staff very helpful.

Very small room for 3 pp. It was cold some nights especially in the bathroom.

5 min walk to either Gare du Nord or Gare d'Est, so very easy to get in and out of Paris. Price is "reasonable", for Paris that is.

Area around hotel is getting dicey very quickly as you walk a few blocks in any direction. We never felt unsafe, but alot of homeless and corner dwellers in this area. Hotel itself in poor to V. poor condition, although kept fairly clean in the bath. Must be better options in the area. Wi-fi is charged per hour.

Well placed. Easy to arrive and near the underground and railway station.

Noise from the rest of the rooms.Rooms are a bit old.Could been improved as well as breakfast, a bit expensive for the food you eat.

Great location, right next to Gare de l'est which is why we picked it as we had an early train the next day. It is definitely a budget place, so adjust your expectations accordingly. But for the cost, it's okay.

No air con, so it's a choice between getting air from outside or noise.

The location is really convenient if someone comes by train to Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. It's not more than 5 minutes' walk. There are bus stops and a metro line nearby too. It's about 2-2,5 km from River Seine, so on foot it takes approx. Half an hour to get the Notre Dame. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

The walls are quite thin, so noises from the adjacent room were really disturbing. The fellow guests were not intentionally loud, they just walked, opened the door etc., but we heard everything. Occasionally there was some noise from outside too (the hotel is very close to Gare de l'Est railway station), though it wasn't so bad. Also, we found just one socket in our room, which made it difficult to re-charge our cameras, laptops and camcorders. Fortunately, the staff was really helpful and got us a multi-way adapter.

The staff were very polite and competent. One couldn't have been more helpful.

Location was good.

I don't like this hotel except location. Breakfast was horrible, it's 7euro for just cup of tea, glass of juice, croissant, hard old baguette,some jams and butter. It's quiet cold in the morning. No slipper, no cup, you can't get even cup of water from this hotel. Also, I paid adult price for my 4 years old son.

smell in the room. facility not good, the remote control of the TV is not working, and the hotel has no replacement. Control botton on the TV set is not working too. So TV is not usable.

Son emplacement pres de la gare-métro, et son calme relatif.et l'aimabilité des réceptioniste!!

La vétusté et l'odeur dans les chambres...l'hotel mériterait d'être rafraichi!!

hotel à 3 minutes à pied de la gare de l'est; chambres simples mais pratiques

chambres assez mal isolées donc le sommeil dépend des voisins.

Le rapport qualité/prix et la localisation.

La décoration un peu "vieillotte" et les trous dans les murs qui ne sont pas rebouchés!
