Hotel Kuntz  

5 min walk to either Gare du Nord or Gare d'Est, so very easy to get in and out of Paris. Price is "reasonable", for Paris that is.

Area around hotel is getting dicey very quickly as you walk a few blocks in any direction. We never felt unsafe, but alot of homeless and corner dwellers in this area. Hotel itself in poor to V. poor condition, although kept fairly clean in the bath. Must be better options in the area. Wi-fi is charged per hour.

1. Bed sheets are not clean. 2. Noisy at night, you can clearly hear what happens up stair and next door, plus some teenagers talking loudly on the street.

The location is really convenient if someone comes by train to Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. It's not more than 5 minutes' walk. There are bus stops and a metro line nearby too. It's about 2-2,5 km from River Seine, so on foot it takes approx. Half an hour to get the Notre Dame. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

The walls are quite thin, so noises from the adjacent room were really disturbing. The fellow guests were not intentionally loud, they just walked, opened the door etc., but we heard everything. Occasionally there was some noise from outside too (the hotel is very close to Gare de l'Est railway station), though it wasn't so bad. Also, we found just one socket in our room, which made it difficult to re-charge our cameras, laptops and camcorders. Fortunately, the staff was really helpful and got us a multi-way adapter.

Godt hotel til prisen. Det ligger godt, når man kommer med tog fra lufthavn. Tæt ved mange interessante områder i Paris. Let at tage metro til og fra Gare d'est. Alt på hotellet fungerede perfekt.

Ikke så varieret som danskere er vant til, men OK på fransk og til prisen.

Le bon rapport qualité/prix/lieux, l' accueil du personnel, La propreté plutôt raisonnable, Le lit est confortable, Le côté old school des lieux, Les servitudes raisonnables (bien que peu de place entre le mur et le wc, la douche est très bien,eau chaude rapide, chauffage efficace), Le petit déjeuné est correcte pour 7 euros: Typique français avec pain beurre confiture, croissant et boisson chaude, ainsi qu'un verre de jus d'orange (dommage qu'ils ne servent qu' 1 seul verre, car celui-ci est parfois trop petit)

Les coussins qui sont en plume, ce qui à mon goût (particulièrement pour un hôtel) n'est pas très hygiénique, d'autant plus qu'ils dégageaient une légère odeur de sueur, L'isolation entre les chambres est moyenne, l'isolation vers l'extérieur est très moyenne (on entend trop les annonces dans la gare de l'est, toute fois le quartier est calme, on peut donc bien se reposer), L'ascenseur qui est assez vétuste (pas d'étiquette de contrat d’entretien de celui-ci, 3 personnes ou 320 kilos maxi), je préférais descendre par les escaliers...

Die Lage direkt am Gare de l´Est ist für einen Kurztrip optimal, man kann jede Minute des Aufenthalts gut nutzen, weil die Anbindung überallhin perfekt ist. Das Personal ist absolut charmant . Das Hotel verbreitet ein Flair längst vergangener Tage.

Die Betten sind katastrophal, vor allem das Zustellbett war rückenschädigend. Da müsste mal über ein paar neue Matratzen nachgedacht werden. Die Böden, die mit uraltem Teppichboden ausgelegt sind, meucheln wie nasser Hund. Das Frühstück war ein bisschen arg spartanisch, wer morgens nicht nur Marmelade, sondern eher was Herzhaftes essen möchte, geht lieber ins Café ums Eck.

离地铁较近，交通方便，附近有很多小店，买东西吃饭都容易；价格实惠

离火车站太近，总听的到火车进站的声音。房间偏小。
