Air conditioning on a very hot night. Great to have tea and coffee making facilities. The heat had warped the door and made it very difficult to open. It required a good shoulder charge to open and almost impossible to lock at night. We had a friendly welcome from a cockroach emerging from the desk lamp. The curtains covering the window were dusty and dirty.

Great value and relatively close to the Loire a velo route. Well sign posted and although the roads were busy there were excellent cycle lanes on the road. Nothing else in the area. Hotel restaurant basic but ok.

1°) Le principe d'une réservation sur l'Internet que vous ne pouvez pas décommander : le montant de la chambre est débité et fini ! C'est le premier hôtel que je connais pratiquer cette vente forcée. 2° Sur l'internet le coût du petit déjeuner est 9 euros et on vous facture 9,50 euros : malhonnête ! 3° Enfin, chambre bruyante : ronronnement permanent (ventilation ?) pour quelqu'un qui a besoin de repos, c'est pas top !

Le sens de l'acceuil et la disponibilité du personnel. Je pensais qu'un hôtel de l'appellation Kyriad bénéficiait d'un autre standing que le Campanile, mais à l'évidence tel est l'historique inchangé de celui-ci. Du coup, le rapport qualité/prix s'en ressent.

Chambre demandée en non fumeur j'ai eu une chambre ex fumeur odeur de tabac froid très désagréable rideaux imprégnés de l'odeur du tabac gros désagrément pour moi qui ne fume pas

L'espace, le confort, les équipements et aussi le fait que la chambre donne directement sur l'extérieur. Le fait que le personnel est rentré dans la chambre faire le ménage alors que j'avais mis en place l'affichette qui stipulait que je ne voulais pas que l'on rentre.
