The Kyriad Annecy Centre is in a perfect location for old town Annecy. It is close to the Sainte Claire parking garage. You walk out the side door of the hotel and you are in Old Town. The hotel provides a good reasonable breakfast. The bathroom was sparklingly clean. They have impressively good double pane windows. Our room overlooked the Rue Fauburg St. Claire and there was no noise with the window closed. The room was small and nondescript.

Great location right on the entrance to the Old Town and just a few minutes walk to the lake. Hotel is basic but reasonably comfortable. Staff were consistently helpful, friendly and courteous.

The location is ideal being in the old wall of the town ( ask for a street view room ). The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The Hotel and Breakfast were both good value for money. Overall a very pleasant stay indeed. There is no dedicated car park next to the hotel so street parking can be a problem but this is the same throughout Annecy.

Good location for restaurants etc , easy to find, comfy and very good value...staff helpful on arrival No parking for vehicle with roof box had to park on street. limited parking for other vehicle though did arrive fairly late Miserable staff on departure!! But guy on arrival made up for his miserable lady counterpart.

Very close to the lake, many restaurants and shops around. One of the light bulbs was broken, and they said they couldn't fix it. The side table was unstable legs are broken.

Awesome location less than 15mins walking distance to train station and 10mins to towns main attractions. Reasonably priced. Water leaked down through the roof from the room above. Luckily our possessions didn't get wet

Very well located. You can walk to all downtown locations. Room was small, but comfortable. It originally had a double bed. We had asked for two twin beds. The hotel staff quickly changed out both beds for us. Very nice. Nothing luxurious, it was all very simple. We had a little difficulty parking the car. There is only on-street parking, and it costs money. The breakfast cost more than 8 Euros, and was not a good value.

Our stay at the Kyriad Annecy hotel was great, the location of the hotel is right in the old city, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and recommended. Rooms are clean and comfy. If you have lots of luggage plan accordingly - there is no elevator. Staff was also helpful with parking which the hotel does not have, so you either park at pay park places and you will be reimbursed or you can drive to residential areas and park for free - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is right in the city and within walking distance to everything. It was quite complicated to find initially even with the map. The parking was very close and secure. The hotel was excactly as advertised...very basic with no fridge/safe/bar etc but very comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good and good value.
