The Kyriad is a little way our of the center of Arles but this is great as walking into the center takes you through a very interesting part of the town. The hotel was excellent value the staff were really helpfull

It's a long way from the city centre but once you got the hang of the buses it was ok....not much in it's immediate verciniy to do however if you are on vacation and not driving.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. There was nothing wrong with the hotel and everything was fine. I expect hotel rooms in Europe to be small. This was very small. It was clean, close to the town, and reasonably priced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. If you have no car then this hotel is quite a way out of the historic town. Also found the rooms rather small- a room with twin beds there is literally no room between the beds and nowhere to leave your case open!

Accueil chaleureux et personnel aux petits soins.un peu à l'extérieur de la ville donc pas de souci pour se garer...Idéalement situer pour visiter la camargue, les Alpilles et la région de Nîmes. Chambres pas très bien insonorisées surtout quand vous avez des clients de l'hôtel qui se croient à la maison...

bonjour, hotel bien, personnel excellent, a l'ecoute du client, durant mon sejour le chauffage était en panne, a l'exterieur -6° reseau electrique ne supportant pas la surchage, impossibilité de mettre un chauffage electrique, donc a revoir!
