All good, plenty of hot water, bed size good and comfortable, towels changed daily. Top price for value.

Staff friendly and ready to help, to the last minute of their service hours (we arrived after 22h00). First room we obtained smelled sigificantly of cigarrettes - even though the entire hotel is non- smoking (congratulations for non-thinking then to a guest who was responsible for that, really, ugh!). We reported that and were instantly moved to another, smell-neutral, comfortable room (good that there was one free to swap at the time...) Very clean bed linen, clean bathroom - the sort where you are not afraid to put your stuff on the shelves... Very nice surprise - electric kettle! And a couple of tea bags. Especially that we were really eager to have the kettle /to boil water for our baby daughter/ but were aware it is extremely rare in the hotels.

The only way in which you can keep your window open allows sb from utside to reach through the gap with an arm and turn the knob to open your door... There is an outside staircase to floor 1, that is based on the ground between the ground zero wall on the one side and a hedge on the other in such a way that the resulting passages for people are drastically narrow, especially those carrying luggage, imagine :) (don't know how it fits into safety regulations, indeed).

The breakfast was great. (we did not eat dinner there) Closeness to the bus system.

The hotel was a great base from which to explore the region. Good facilities in the room. Staff very helpful and breakfast good. WiFi an advantage.

Disappointed to find that the restaurant only opened Monday to Thursday which meant that we had to drive to go and find food.

J'ai bien aimé la chambre qui est fonctionelle avec une bonne literie , tv en face du lit , propre et salle de bains avec baignoire . Le seul petit inconveniant était le chauffage pas asser puissant et pourtant il était au maximum . Le personnel est très attentionné et les petits déjeuner sont copieux et variés . Mis a part l'environnement car dans une zone d'activité mais relativement calme , la situation de l'hôtel est pratique car proche des grands axes et seulement 5 minutes du centre-ville .
