Tea/coffee tea making facility. Breakfast was reasonable.

First two days of four day stay there were cleaning issues and the room probably would not had been cleaned at all if it had not been brought to the attention of staff on the Sunday. Beds old and uncomfortable. Not in a quiet location as described. Close to a busy road. Air-con leaked a lot of water onto the top of the wardrobe. Very poor room lighting.

Staff friendly and ready to help, to the last minute of their service hours (we arrived after 22h00). First room we obtained smelled sigificantly of cigarrettes - even though the entire hotel is non- smoking (congratulations for non-thinking then to a guest who was responsible for that, really, ugh!). We reported that and were instantly moved to another, smell-neutral, comfortable room (good that there was one free to swap at the time...) Very clean bed linen, clean bathroom - the sort where you are not afraid to put your stuff on the shelves... Very nice surprise - electric kettle! And a couple of tea bags. Especially that we were really eager to have the kettle /to boil water for our baby daughter/ but were aware it is extremely rare in the hotels.

The only way in which you can keep your window open allows sb from utside to reach through the gap with an arm and turn the knob to open your door... There is an outside staircase to floor 1, that is based on the ground between the ground zero wall on the one side and a hedge on the other in such a way that the resulting passages for people are drastically narrow, especially those carrying luggage, imagine :) (don't know how it fits into safety regulations, indeed).

We were driving to Nice from Geneva. This was a perfect stopover - close to the autoroute, but time enough to see some sights of Avignon. Rooms clean - particularly the bathrooms. Free wifi very welcome. thanks!

Recommended for its good price and nice, very helpful staff. Easy to reach by car, just a little outside of Avignon. Secure parking. Ideal for a weekend trip to Avignon. Quiet.

Rapport qualité prix la chambre est à 62e . la gentillesse du personnel

Mauvais entretien un morceau de la porte d'entrée de la chambre 2 partait en morceaux , plusieurs éclats au niveau de la baignoire . Le petit déjeuner à 9e est très moyen .

L'accueil excellent - serviable Petit déjeuner excellent chambre trèsbien isolée phoniquement.

La taille du lit double est satisfaisante. La baignoire est un plus.

Le nombre de serviettes dans les chambre n'est pas suffisant. Le personnel assez peu présent, il n'est pas très amusant de chercher le réceptionniste dans tout l'hôtel. L'emplacement, vraiment moche!!

Accueil sympathique,très agréable. Hotel calme ,verdoyant , tout en étant proche de la ville. Parking fermé.

Angabe des Frühstückspreis im Hotel hat mit der Angabe im Internet nicht überein gestimmt.

L'acceuil a été super, personnel à votre écoute. Toujours là pour répondre à des questions ou attentes. Equipement des chambres impeccable. Un petit frigo pour mettre des boissons au frais aurait été un plus, surtout par grande chaleur excellente idée pour la bouilloire et le thé café à disposition dans la chambre.
