The reception on arrival very friendly staff Room was clean and warm with fresh bottled water tea/cofffee making facilities. Restuarant available and small bar.Close to auto route and city centre of Bourges. No secure parking

The room was clean and well equipped. Internet connection was essential for us and was good and easy to access. The price was very good via internet booking. It was good to be able to have an extra pillow! Beds were comfortable. Although the food was very good and fresh, the menu was very limited.

Facilité de parking, buffet repas du soir, amabilité du personnel, literie très propre. Moquette et vitres de la douche de la chambre 14 au rez-de-chaussée franchement dégoûtantes. Entrée du parking parsemée de trous. Buffet petit- déjeuner peu garni. Salle de bain-toilettes trop exigues. Le tarif des chambres était spécial selon le gérant. Pourquoi ? Parce qu'on avait réservé par Booking.com. Est-ce pour cela que l'on est casé dans une chambre exigue à la moquette parsemée de nombreuses taches douteuses.

L'espace autour du lit, le confort du lit (qualité matelas et sommier), la qualité de l'aménagement de la chambre, l'usage d'une couette plutôt que de draps, le Wifi gratuit et simple à utiliser. L'insonorisation est perfectible (mais l'hôtel reste assez calme).

Les cadeaux ; la boilloire électrique dans la chambre pour se préparer un thé ou une tisane ; la sdb dans la chambre et le wifi. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas correstement.

l'accueil très chaleureux malgré mon arrivée tardive. La bonne humeur du personnel le matin au petit déjeuner. les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovée. la salle de douche trop petite.
