Comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location. Everything appeared to be clean, except that there was lipstick smeared all over the back of the toilet seat when we arrived, which seemed like a significant oversight. |

It was ideally located near the city's attractions and shopping areas. the hotel staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. We asked for a triple. The third bed was a smaller size and uncomfortable to sleep in. |

The location is excellent, dead centre of Caen. Caen itself is also wonderful, great sights, great atmosphere! The hotel only has 2 stars, but that is because in France stars represent the amount of offered facilities, not the quality of the hotel. The quality of this hotel is great! Clean, spacious rooms, large bathroom with bath, nice view, etc. |

Clean, comfortable and courteous staff. Warm welcome and attentive.Hotel was well located and obtained a discount for us at a local attraction. We could not buy a drink before going to bed at 12 o'clock. |

The rooms were very modern with nice size for bed and bathroom. The free wifi was a good addition. The walls were quite thin so you could hear your neighbours. The wifi required you to login quite often |

Awesome!!! Very nice, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast (definitely worth the 8 euro...I skipped the first morning and had a croissant next door...big mistake). Highly recommend!!!! |

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well placed for shopping, food and within easy driving distance for the beaches. Even though it was in the centre of Caen, it was quiet at night. |

Helpful front desk staff. Adjoining rooms available for families. Large room size. More non-smoking rooms would be helpful. We were fortunate that the bar right under our windows was closed for summer holiday; otherwise, noise would have been a problem. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. It was slightly out of the hustle and bustle but near enough for access to town centre our room was a bit small and the double bed was not full size. |
