The staff was excellent and were willing to assist whenever needed. I understand that there is no room service available due to which there was no drinking water available in the room. We suggest that one bottle is placed in the room. |

I didn't really like the hotel, although the linen was clean (but what else can you expect from a hotel!) The only positive was free Wifi internet which was good for working. I found it a very plain, dull hotel and would not visit it again. There were no facilities of any sort and it was impossible to eat in the hotel other than a very poor breakfast. The room was so basic and the carpet on the floor was very stained and dirty. |

This hotel was shabby, poor service, poor rooms, no cleansiness at all. For the service received , it was the most expensive hotel I have stayed in . To what was promised on the web site to what actually was delivered were two diffrent things. This was a terrible hotel and by saying that I am paying the hotel a compliment. |

Clean and spacious rooms. Also bathroom was quite large and there were a bath. Location is not superb but well walkable from and to city centre. |
