Excellent value for money, staff were friendly and a nice secure carpark. My deciding factor for chooseing this hotel was the bath. |

I left a sweater behind and they claim it was removed by the laundry service. This is highly unlikely as it was left in the wardrobe and I believe it must have been removed by the staff. Because of this I would not recommend the hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and did their best to make our stay a pleasant one. Nice location and surroundings. We felt that although the hotel was sufficient for a one-night stay if we had booked for longer we would have looked for other accommodation for the rest of our stay. The decor was very tired and the room we occupied had a stain on the ceiling which looked as though it had been sprayed with something - perhaps coke or beer? We had our evening meal in the hotel and the food left a lot to be desired. The chicken was tough as was the salmon I had as a starter. |

The hotel bought new beds recently. The approxity to the Cité of Carcassone. The rooms are very small, and badly maintened. The location in an industrial zone is not attrative. The is no elevator, and walls are this. Could only recommend a one night stay to visit the Cité. |

Hotel provided a good breakfast and room was small but moderately comfortable Although the room had been cleaned it had a aroma that was not entirely pleasant. The decoration was basic and unnattractive. Clearly a low budget hotel that did no more than provide a bed and breakfast with no frills. No facilities at the hotel except a bar. Disappointed based on quality of other hotels visited. |

The stuff was very friendly and willing. We had a problem with sink which stinked and when I asked the change of the room the desk clerk it changed without problems. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. |

A family of five fitted, not enough family sized accommodation exists. The bathrooms were nicely decorated with colourful tiles. The rooms are very small. A couple of the towels were very old and frayed and one was dirty. Plus there was five of us and there were only four towels provided. Plus the soap dispenser was empty in one room. I thought the wood panelling on the walls could be updated. |

No tuvimos ningún problema.

Si vols més has de pagar-ho (em sembla que anava per hores, i era car). |
