Price location staff helpful in getting another hotel when they were full

Small rooms

Clean and quiet hotel room. Helpful and courteous staff. Great value for money.

It was about one hour drive from Disneyparc in direction North and payable.

Breakfast 9,50 was too much but understandable the investment for a few travelers.

The bed was cocmfortable and the room was clean. Fine for a quick overnight stay en route somewhere else.

Reception was exceptionally closed when we arrived, so we had to go to another hotel to get key. Other guests were very noisy and could be heard from our room. No kettle was supplied even though there was a space for it and coffee sachets were supplied. Located quite outside the town.

Location

Lack of space. Unable to enjoy a hot shower. Poor plumbing. Hot water pressure was weak and fluctuating making a hot shower dangerous. I complained but nothing was done.

Although the room is small the décor is clean and they pay attention to the little things like a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities, a well cleaned shower room with attention to their own brand of soap along with shower goodies etc, a bed that I have to say was one of the most comfortable we have used in any hotel, BUT we did take our own pillows - not that there was anything wrong with the pillows provided but it does make a difference when they are your own. We stayed four nights and are happy to return if there are no bigger rooms available in the area.

We thought the breakfast can be a bit more comprehensive some ham and eggs with some fruit, for nearly 10 euro is a little steep for just cereal coffee and a croissant!

We arrived to find that a team from the Tour de Picardie had block booked most of this hotel and all the Campanile next door. The ground floor wheelchair accessible double rooms were already occupied. The receptionist was excellent and moved someone out of their ground floor room so we had wheelchair access, and the staff were all very helpful despite being so busy. Our room was clean and welcoming, and breakfast freshly presented. A good basic hotel which is probably fine when it hasn't been block booked...

The cycling team had booked the whole of the Campanile restaurant so we were unable to have an evening meal. The four foot bed, the heat without air conditioning, and the all-night radio coming from the cycling team's kit washing lorry meant that we did not sleep well. The hotel is actually two storey, not single storey, and has no lift. It does not have a restaurant of its own although there is a breakfast room. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THIS HOTEL IN MID-MAY, CHECK THE DATES OF THE TOUR DE PICARDIE BEFORE BOOKING!

Value for money with surprising little extras

Friendly staff - pleased to accept my attempts at speaking French, but quite able to respond in more fluent English when my French was limited. Very obliging when we needed to change arrangements.

Room size is very small - just enough room o walk around the bed + limited storage space for luggage.

tres bruyant car a coté de station lavomatique. Il n y a aucune personne a l accueil.

hôtel facile à trouver, bien situé pour aller au château, la chambre est confortable. Plusieurs petites attentions très sympathiques (thé, café, bonbons...)

Hôtel bien pour les petits budgets, juste ce qu'il faut. Wifi gratuit et illimité.

. L'insonorisation de la chambre, porte qui claque dans le couloir, on entend les discussions des gens dans le couloir. Pas de clim. Douche très petite. Une seule prise disponible dans toute la chambre.

La proximité du centre ville.

Kamer was schoon.Alles was aanwezig. Deurklink van de badkamer was kapot. Restaurant was gesloten. Geen bediening 'savonds.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und nur Französisches Fernsehen nichtmal CNN oder BBC .

Jamais déçu dans un Kyriad, jusqu'à présent et avec celui si sa ne change pas ! C'est vraiment un très bel hôtel, avec un personnel accueillant, un restaurant gastronomique, une très belle chambre avec un belle salle de bain avec baignoire, café et thé disponible dans la chambre. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Aucun point négatif

Amabilité du personnel. Etablissement propre; Petit déjeuner buffet correct.

Portes des chambres mal insonorisées : on enrends tout ce qui se dit dans le couloir. Lavabos vieillissants. Douches très étroites

Le thé et les petits gateaux offerts dans la chambre.

Les prises éléctriques dans la salle de bain étaient hs ainsi que le sèche cheveux.

La gentillesse du personnel

Propreté. C'est bien pour y passer une nuit. Petit déjeuner très correct. Bien situé en entrée - ou sortie de ville.

Les chambres sont assez petites; et surtout la douche ! Grassouillets et obèses s'abstenir ou alors vous vous griferez le dos et le ventre contre les portes, et une fois dedans...on n e bouge plus. Les lavabos en résine mal vieilli, mal vieilli.
