Room was functional, good location, has parking. Had clean teapot with tea and instant coffee, and they gave you a packaged cookie. Easy to come and go at any time of night or day. Wifi was OK.

Room (#1) reeked of mildew. When we complained, the response was just basically "take it or leave it", and the only remediation provided was to spray a few squirts of some strong smelling cleaner over the drains to temporarily mask the odor. They provided really cheap soap and tiny bath towels (no wash clothes) and everything about the hotel was cheap. Rooms are very small. The only ventilation for the room was a single window at ground level that opens to the busy road. So, fresh air consists of the smell of automobile exhaust. And it would be a security risk to leave your window open. Hot water is about 85 degrees, so it will instantly burn if you're not careful. Shower head is mounted less than a meter high, so showers are difficult.

    It was clean

The rooms were extremely small and you felt like going into a dark cellar - no light from windows. A/C was not working proberly. Only outdoor place was the parking space. The water kettle was not working. Some electrical contacts were not working

Was initially offered a room which stank of smoke, although we had requested a non-smoking room. Pleasant girl on reception did find us an acceptable alternative. Nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed so good night's sleep. Colmar centre only 10 minutes' walk. Good value on the whole, ok for one night.

Location was in quite a run down area. No air con and shame some rooms stink of cigarette smoke.

The maids ignore "do not disturb" sign and simply enter the room. Wi-fi is no good. Sound isolation is very poor. The curtain in the bath smells.

It was easy to walk into town.

Our room was small, dark and airless. With no a/c the only way to get air was open the window which was 3metres from the main road with lots of traffic. The noise was horrendous!

Free Parking Space and wi-fi, very helpful and friendly staff! The rooms were very nice and clean. Definitely a good value for money.

Given the high temperature on that day, the lack of air-condition and a fridge in the room was noticeable. But the weather condition was an outlier I suppose.

The room was big, cosy and perfectly clean. There was a little kettle in the room and tea or coffee. It was about 10 minutes walking to the center. The staff was very nice, spoke partly English and German.

The rooms are clean and of good size.

We arrived late and the evening receptionist didn't speak English AT ALL! That was a serious problem all over Colmar... We couldn't find english menu in the most restaurants / cafes... (ok, what to expect from french people??) But this is much more unacceptable for a hotel reception! He did not even tell us that nobody was going to be at the reception after 10.00pm and that we should use a certain password in order to enter the lobby!!!

very friendly, helpful staff. 10 minute flat walk to the old parking good wi-fi fascinating area. the main point of the kyriad is value for money.. less than £20 a night each and has all the facilities of other places we've stayed costing 5 times as much!! all in all no complaints.

would it be picky to say no outside seating area?

large TV, close to downtown, coffee and tea in the room, good ham and cheese, but only one type?

small room, small parking lot, half-lack of organization breakfasts, long wait for food, dirty plates, one napkins, the problem with a lot of tourists, lack of food (waiting), large noise, but can turn on the tv (music)

Free wifi. Very close to the ancient city. Quiet.

Small parking but easy to find nearby. No views (to the street) from the room as its a single floor building.
