Le manque de panneau indicateur pour trouver l'hotel et l'impossibilité de la personne à l'acceuil de nous donner des indications par téléphone pour trouver l'hotel (2 appels et 45 mn) alors qu'il est situé à coté du casino et d'un lac....

Bon rapport Qualite Prix Reservation d'une chambre pour 3 adultes - la chambre n'était pas suffisamment grande pour trois adultes et le lit pour la troisième personne est un lit d'enfant et non pour un adulte.

salle de bains : eau chaude trés trés longue à arriver, pas de pression d'eau petit déjeuner un dimanche matin à 9h30 plus de viennoiseries et plus de pain !!!

Rien de particulier,hormis que sa situation est pratique pour ce que j'ai à faire à dax trois ou quatre fois par an. J'aimerais pouvoir disposer systématiquement de la chambre vers 14h30/15h lors de notre arrivée,hors bien souvent elle n'est pas prête!! De plus je trouve le tarif du petit déjeuner un peu excessif( 9 euros) eu égard à la prestation proposée.

Personnel avenant et à l'écoute, chambre relativement grande , propre , et avec une literie très confortable. Salle de bain un peu petite . Tarifs un peu cher pour la prestation, notamment le petit déjeuner.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que la chambre ne soit pas encore disponible à notre arrivée à l'hôtel à 14h30! Il a fallu attendre que la chambre soit faite!! de plus nous avons été réveillé à 8h le matin par l'intervention impromptue d'une femme de ménage croyant que la chambre était vide! Inadmissible.

ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié, c'est le petit plateau courtoisie. C'est un plus à condition que le prix n'en soit pas augmenté comme dans certains hôtels. la taille de la chambre est un peu exigüe; on passe tout juste autour du lit . Ce n'est pas un problème pour un séjour court.
