We liked the situation of the hotel. It was near Deauville, and a tiny village of St. Arnault, which was in walking distance, The surrounding countryside was beautiful. The entrance foyer, and corridor to lift could be improved. |

The food both in the evening and the morning was excellent and the check in was rapid and painless. The upstairs double room was far too tight for comfort and the bath room had obvioiusly been dropped in as a completed module and is now quite shabby. The second room on the ground floor was excellent |

Adequate parking facility. Free WiFi access to internet. Friendly personnel. Reception open only till 23:00. GPS coordinates of hotel, loaded from www.kyriad.com, are not accurate enough, what brings problems with navigation to the hotel. |

Parking close to the hotel building, possibility to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room, very nice staff working during our visit Breakfast should be included in the room price, it was a little bit hard to find the hotel, more Kyriad signs would be good. |

la déco de la chambre est un petit peu dépassée (besoin d'une rénovation), mais elle est correct et confortable, le repas au restaurant de l'hotel sans pluus et un peu cher pour ce que c'est ; le petit déjeuner top !!!! et l'accueil nickel. |

La situation dans un cadre sympathique ,environnement de qualité ;service de restauration agréable ,bouilloire électrique,thé café etc..dans la chambre ; personnel très aimable pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain c'est très dommage je n'aime pas qu'il y ait de la moquette dans les chambres d'hotel ce n'est pas sain du tout |

Prima hotel met zelfs een zwembad. Restaurant redelijk en wel goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. Kreeg 1 keer een zeer slecht stuk vlees . Naderhand vervangen. |

Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au bord de la piscinne. Tres agréable. Insonorisation des chambres tres mauvaise. La sdb est assez vetuste et la moquette des chambres tres tres sale. |

Satisfait du séjour dans l'ensemble. L'isolation sonore est cependant décevante. Les portes qui claquent sont le plus gênant. Peut être un système d'amortissement résoudrait simplement le problème ? |
