The gentleman at reception was very helpful on arrival, including information for dinner outside the hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Strange location on an industrial site, but I would say I didn't like it, it was just a bit wierd!

Great as a stopover en-route to the tunnel. Just off motorway, dog-friendly, clean and allows late check-in.

Excellent stop over on way back to England from a skiing holiday.

Staff were pleasant.

First room had strong smell of sewerage. Second room Shower inadequate and water runs into the bedroom. Toilet flush mechanism fell apart in the night. Light bulb inoperative. Noisy heater fan. Coffee/Tea facilities in room poor. There was a frost and exterior decking was dangerously slippery.

During our 2 day stay we had no hot water.

The room was quite small but the design was superb. Everything we needed was there and the layout was very good. Also the shower was excellent.

Q We were using it as an overnight stop on our way to the South of France. The location did not have any restaurants nearby to which we could walk for dinner.

It was very hard to find - not a very good location.

I often stay in Reims on stop overs when driving through france.... I have stayed in practically all the budget Hotels (etap, ibis, premiere...) in Tinqueux - and this is by far the cleanest and nicest.... great value.

This hotel is basically a truck stop! Only 50 percent of the lights in the tiny room had bulbs and our request for light remain unanswered. The tv remote didnt work but to be fair they did replace this. If you are passing through and want a bed for the night, it's ok but as a tourist it was too far away from anything and average accommodation.

It is located on an industrial estate but don't let that put you off. It is quiet at night and if you have a dog like us there is a river with path nearby for an evening walk. There is a large supermarket and ikea near by if you feel the urge!

It was a very good hotel for it's price and punched above its weight. There was a problem in the room with Mosquetos. Te room was extremely clean but previous guests also had a problem looking at the splats on the ceiling and walls! I think they were coming in via the air-con so perhaps the filters need checking?

Hotel has a few limitations and 'features' in our case - room was not properly cleaned and had someone else's clothing in the wardrobe on arrival - bathroom tiny and also not perfectly cleaned - restaurant is not open at night - hotel is sat in the middle of an industrial estate - hotel has security gates on car park but does not use them.

Location is just off the A4 motorway, and close to a McDonalds and big Carrefour so useful for stocking up on bits and pieces. The location is in the back of an industrial site, but at the weekend when we stayed it was very quiet. Rooms are well appointed, but small. Not sure why such a big bed is put in such a small room, but we managed to squeeze in with a baby and a cot. Bathroom is ok sizewise, with a lovely bug shower head to wake you up in the morning and aircon working well to keep us all cool. A couple of lights did not work, one in the bathroom and one bedside lamp, which clearly needs attention, but other than that the room was well appointed for a budget hotel and very clean. Breakfast was nice and reasonable for 10 euros. I would definately stay here again when breaking our journey across France.

the hotel was a good looking hotel

the hotel was located in a industrial area, far away from the city! the air conditioning was not working and looking on the walls where all the marks where visible of people killing the flies in the room. overall it was a very disappointing stay! the people did not even try to speak English! so if you are like me and don's speak a word of french then i would strongly recommend looking for a other hotel!

Proximity to the motorway

This was the unfriendliest hotel we have ever stayed at! We would advise the manager to start looking for new staff for the reception!! In addition the hotel advertises a restaurant but the restaurant doesn't exist. Sauna is good but should be advertised so people know it is there and the staff should be taught how to operate it properly.

Very near motorway so good for traveling break. Beds comfortable and breakfast good. No restaurant for evening meal but directed to sister hotel where food good and reasonable price (Campanile)

Great hotel, the only downside is that the nearest restaurants are a 15 minute walk away.We found the local Buffalo Grill which was excellent.

Great location just off motorway, easy check-in / check out process. Small, basic, but perfectly comfortable room with everything you might need for a quick stay.

The reception desk didn't have change (and looked at my like I was mad when I asked to pay for my 55 euro room with a 100 euro note). Luckily I had change, but otherwise I would have been forced to pay by card. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Easy parking and free, near a big supermarket (drive there by car),water kettle,quite,fast check in (5 second),just beside the high way.

The room is too small ,no curtain in the bath tub,it made water everywhere after the shower

Everything was good.

It's situated in the outskirts of the city, but not far from motorway. It takes not more than ten minutes to reach the center. With car, of course.

Lack of English speaking personnel

although the location is in the Industrial area, the hotel itself was confy and in great condition. I enjoyed the service and using the hamman and sauna facilities. Our room was clean and we liked the shower and bed. Very modern Thanks Kyriad
