They had multilanguage TV stations The staff were incredibly unfriendly. They looked like it was an inconvenience for them to check you in or out. There was no lift and our room was on the third floor. We asked for 2 single beds but this was ignored. There was mould in the shower. |

Clean rooms! I appreciate that we can have two adjoining rooms for our family. They were not careful to give us two rooms with a door in between, but they did after my husband talked with them. |

Location easy to find from M/way. Staff helpful re taxis etc. Room basic but clean and tidy. Expensive bar and restaurant. Location was expensive via taxi to centre of Dijon. |

L'hôtel à l'avantage d'être situé tout proche de l'autoroute, sans que le bruit de celui-ci ne gêne la tranquilité. Je n'ai quasiment pas dormi. Le drap était souillé de noir (certainement un client qui a ciré ses chaussures) avec des trous. Comment peut-on remettre des draps (lavés quand même) dans cet état en place ?? Malheureusement à partir de 23h il n'y a plus personne et il faut se débrouiller avec la surprise camoufflée sous la couhette. Au pdj 2 tasses mal lavées étaient placées sur le buffet. Hôtel résolument sale et dégoutant. Quand à l'accueil le soir il se fait mécaniquement sans sourire (vous savez cet effort si douloureux pour certains). Quant à la gestion de ma rélamation = 0. La dame était désolée pour moi et voilà tout. |

Gewoon een goed hotel om een overnachting te doen op weg naar de eindbestemming. Geen bijzondere op of aanmerkingen uitgezonderd het ontbijt. Voor een ontbijt een beetje krappe keuze in brood(producten). Het ei was "ei"genlijk een soort pingpongbal. Automatenkoffie blijft een "hulpmiddel". Er gaat niets boven echte koffie! |

Prima kamer, airco en waterkoker op de kamer. Als doorreis hotel prima geschikt. Wat arrogant en onpersoonlijk personeel. Een kauwgom kauwende en bellen blazende manager, en een vermoeide ober die geen moeite doet om de menukaart uit te leggen. Wanneer er een Nederlands bus arriveert worden de bejaarden, achter hun rug om, uitgelachen wegens hun onvermogen Frans te spreken. Alleen de dame aan de balie doet haar best. |
