1. Near to Dunquerque ferry terminal 2. Security of parking 3. Short walk to Campanile for dinner 4. The welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. She also wanted to practice her English. This was the only welcome that we received. 1. The other two receptionists were too offhand. One of them was more interested in her telephone conversations. I would not employ them. 2. The room was far too small for twin beds. There was only 12 inches space on one side and 15 inches on the other. Every thing was cramped. 3. There were cardboard cups for the tea and coffee I would expect china cups. 4. On the last morning, we went down for breakfast at 8.30 am. There was no bread. The receptionist, one of whom mentioned in 1 above, said there is no more bread, but there are croissantes and pain au chocolat. Who, in their right mind would expect guests to eat cheese or ham with croissantes or pain au chocolate. Opposite the hotel is a supermarket why couldn't she go and purchase some bagettes there? There is Campanile opposite, the same hotel group ,why couldn't she fech some bagettes from there. The breakfast, at 9 euros 50 was over [priced as it was. We cancelled our breakfast. There were guests who arrived after us and no doubt received the same disgraceful treament. In conclusion, we would certainly not stay at that hotel again. If this hotel is represetative of Kyriad hotels, then, we will avoid them in the future and would not recommend Kyriad to our friends.

Convient for channel ferry. Nice resteraunt next door Rooms ar small.Breakfast was hit and miss depending on which member of staff was working. Instead of checking all items for breakfast where available all of the time it was neccassery to request replenishment of breakfast items including water for the kettle.

Very easy to find, on the main road. Breakfast was expensive for a simple buffet style meal.

We were very impressed by the members of staff we met who were kind and helpfull, despite the language barrier( our french is not good) however their english was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and provided all we needed. We will certainly use the hotel again if we stay in the Dunkerque area.

We couldn't find a hotel in Calais for an overnight stop before taking the ferry to Dover. This hotel had easy access to the motorway and to Calais. The receptionist who received us on the Saturday evening had an abrupt manner and did not speak to us appropriately: there was some confusion over the name we'd given for the second room we'd booked for our son. The receptionist needs more training in how to speak to customers. The rooms are very bland and lacking in character. We didn't have breakfast there so I don't know what that is like.

The dining room was not open, due to the fact that the kitchens are closed. This is not mentioned on the website! The rooms are very small indeed! For the same price one can have a very nice room at the "Campanile" hotel opposite, plus a very good meal in their restaurant.

Very convenient for the ferry port, just a few minutes drive, and as an overnight stay. Reasonable restaurant next door. Tea/coffee in room always welcome. We didn't get down to breakfast until 9 am and there were no breads/croissants/ham/cheese/yoghourts left and not much other choice. The receptionist was busy but did bake a small bread stick for us, although we had to wait 10 minutes while it was baked. I usually find the Kyriad hotel breakfasts excellent so we were a bit disappointed. Also it meant we were later setting off. Perhaps it was earlier customers being greedy? Maybe, but we didn't really get value for money for the breakfast.

Location. No satellite tv and not enough staff on duty. One person had to do breakfast as well as reception. Not good enough, and a security risk.

Good location, ok for early morning ferry. Room very small, only one person could move at a time . At €96.00 it was outrageously expensive, not value for money!! Breakast mediocre for the price. Noisy location, constant truck movements all night.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was a tv in the room with English and channels. You get free internet whilst staying in the hotel. The continental breakfast cost 8.5 Euros but was very poorly stocked. As guest's were taking items, they were not replenished and the selection was very limited. Also the cost of the hotel was very high and we only stayed there as there was a short notice change to our plans which meant we had no choice.
