Excellent value . . very comfortable, and tea & coffee facilities in the room something that many other similar hotels no longer provide ..... I Cannot start the day without ~ My Cuppa !!! Food variety at Breakfast was excellent. The reservation was for One Night only as we were en-route to a cycling holiday in the Loire valley . . we would have been more than happy to have stopped one night upon our return journey to the uk.

Would have liked to have eaten in the Restuarant but it was closed at the weekends which we were informed about well in advance of our arrival by the hotel receptionist ~ Excellent communication & service. Nevertheless there were many alternative eating places in the local vicinity.

The Day Staff were very helpful and friendly even though we arrived seriously rained on after our wet run down from Calais, they didn't flinch when six soggy motorcyclists tramped through the reception area.

The Night staff weren't as helpful but it could have been due to having no bar available and no restaurant service available, this constituted in two Taxis costing 20 Euros each to go out to find a restaurant that would allow a six person booking at very short notice, the shortcomings of the hotel are caused by the lack of these services, after 200 miles in the rain you look forward to sitting in the bar chatting about the day over a couple of beers and a meal, Not having to rush around ringing for taxis, finding a restaurant that can get you in at short notice, holiday breaks are supposed to be for relaxing and enjoying yourself and because of this shortcoming they will not be recommended further, other companies in the same marketplace offer better services to their clientele for the same price range.

Staff reasonably friendly on arrival, room Clean and tidy bathroom very tired shower sprayed floor and was unusable. No milk for coffee

We have stayed many times. The hotel is conveniently situated for our travelling through France. Clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

liked the inroom 'treats' - tea and coffee making facilities. sweets on the pillows a nice touch.

the cost of the buffet breakfast.

It was cheap, clean and friendly. I only stayed one night but the breakfast was very good I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area

We have stayed here before so found it to be good it is a convenient stop for us returning from The Limousin to the U.K. Lat time we could not get a meal as it was a Bank Holiday this time we had Dinner & Breakfast my fish was good my Husbands steak was terrible but service etc good at breakfast as before no hot food left at 8.15 but chef cooked us some bacon & scrambled eggs so all was O.K. Hotel is clean & with Tea & Coffee facilities in the room it is all good.

Just the steak my Husband had for dinner & no hot food left for breakfast although chef did cook some bacon & Egg & he was very nice think its mainly business people so at 8.15 we were late for them although breakfast is until 9.30.

Location half way en route home after a stay in the UK. Good value for money

Not notified that the attached restaurant was closed between Christmas & New Year but there were alternatives nearby

Convenient location, adequate parking.

Lack of restaurant during weekend stay. Early bar closing meant without a restaurant close by, after driving back to the hotel it was not possible to have a drink with friends. Given that many guests were attending a nearby rally there should have been sufficient guests to improve the normal fairly dormant weekend services. Recommendation would depend on factors above.

I found it to be a good stay but my big gripe is the fact that the resturant was closed on the two nights we stayed, when you are tired it would be great to have the place open, a big missed chance to earn some money. Would maybe stay again if the resturant was open.

Very convenient for stop over on our way south.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Perfect location for journey to the Centre of France. Added bonus was the kettle in room. Little extras like biscuits and shower gels.
