I booked this hotel because we were travelling from uk without a stop and needed to stay somewhere with a restaurant. When we arrived there was no restaurant. Very disappointed |

Room was fine , staff were ok Address on site wrong so sat nav could not find. Word missing from street name.! Also no restaurant on both nights stayed, 4th and 12th Sept. Had to go out to eat. |

The room and the bed especially was comfortable although compact. The flat screen tv was an asset. The restaurant served a very good evening meal with choice and an excellent hors d'ourves buffet. The hotel did not provide any English entertainment television. Two news channel does not actually satisfy the need to relax before a good sleep. |

Not much. The bed was held up by a piece of wood. The shower was falling off the wall and the water only came out like a tap not a shower. There was no air con. Despite advertising wifi not all rooms could get a connection. The restaurant was closed. The receptionist was on the phone to a friend ll the time and showed Annoyance when approached for help. |

The rooms were quite good and clean. The food in the restaurant was very poor and quite expensive. There was not a good choice of food. The drinks were very expensive. |

Evening meal was a dissappointing buffet which did not appeal to our children so we went elsewhere to eat. The hotel was not located near any restaurants so this meant more driving after a long day. It would have been our preffered option to eat at the hotel and some of the other reviews had recommended the restaurant |

Comfort and accessibilty from car park We were mislead by hotel staff (who were very vague and not with it) on the availablity of rooms for the disabled even though we had made a booking on that basis. After much insistance we were given 2 ground floor rooms one for the disabled. We then found that there was no plug for the bath so no bath and then the doors handles to both of the connecting doors came off. We were told in the morning of our departure that the drains were blocked hence tno plug!!! This was nonsense as the basin and toilet flushed. What was most annoying was the fact that there was no restaurant open as we were told that it was closed the weekend, in fact every weekend!!!!! The hotel to date have not contacted us by email. We were far from happy. |

staff were obliging and agreed to our change of room from the first floor to the ground floor as I have arthritis. I think it is bad policy to have the restaurant closed at the weekend. We stayed in the hotel as an overnight stop on our journey from the north of England to the south of France, and really were too tired to have to go into town for an evening meal. Shame room was a little too small for 1 or2 easy chairs. |
